The staff, the service, the staff is Amazing, amazing and Amazing! (Chili, Su, Huchi and the lovely ladies who prepared our means) Absolutely a great hotel with amazing staff who speak good English, they are very kind and helpful with any of your requests. The hotel is situated 20mins away from sapa town and it wasn’t a disadvantage at all. The place is so beautiful, I love the nature, beautiful garden with flowers, lots of butterflies and you’ll also see chickens and ducks.. it’s so peaceful to listen to the sound of nature, the fresh air .. we took a motorbike for the days we wanted to travel around and it was provided by the hotel. The motorbike ride was so convenient. The hotel has great food, have a mix of western cuisines and Vietnamese cuisine and their kitchen opeaters from 7.30am till 9.30pm. All their food is fresh, even the juices! You should try their coconut coffee, cinnamon tea, ginger tea and lemon grass tea!! We also had bbq and it was so good! We tried the massage, herbal bath, sauna too and it was blissful! We also got a guide from the hotel that took us along a beautiful trek! This was a complete experience of the best ACCOMMODATION! we will surely come again!

We were looking forward to this part of our month-long visit to Vietnam, and thankful to get out of the heat for a few days. Lang and Duong invited us into their home and made us feel like family. We enjoyed evening dinners with them, expertly prepared. Their 2 yr old daughter, Moon, entertained us every morning and evening simply by being herself. Each evening Lang would discuss our plan for the following day. Whether it was trekking, sightseeing, batik lessons, it was all very flexible and we appreciated her care in taking weather and our energy level into account when planning. They have been guiding in the area for more than 20 years, they have done it all, and are excellent at what they do. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the farmstay and the accommodations were comfortable and cozy. We had so many interesting conversations about culture, business and history that it has encouraged us to dig deeper to learn more about the H’mong culture that we have in our own back yard in Minnesota. We enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to returning someday with our extended family.

The hotle is very close to Sapa central, lots of amenities nearby like restaurants, massages, walking distance to Sun Plaza/ Sapa station. Overall very convenient location. The staff are really nice too. They waited for us at 3 for late check in. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Wenn Sie von der Sapa Station ein wenig hochgehen, ist es direkt an der Unterkunft, aber es ist etwas anstrengend, weil es bergauf geht, aber es ist in der Nähe :) Zunächst einmal sind der Zustand der Zimmer und die Einrichtungen sehr sauber und sehr gut. Allerdings ist die Schallisolierung nicht gut. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Geräusche der Chinesen, die sich morgens unterhalten, und das Zimmer, in dem ich geschlafen habe, seltsam waren, aber es war mir unangenehm, unbekannte Geräusche von Wasser und Trommeln von der Decke zu hören. Ansonsten , ich war wirklich zufrieden!! Und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich. Ich rief die Firma an, die den Bus zurück nach Hanoi gebucht hatte, und rief sofort ein Taxi, weil es keine Abholung gab, also habe ich es zum Glück nicht verpasst! Danke
