The good part: Staff are very friendly although check-in seems to take a little longer than Premier Inn, the reception area and seating to relax looks fantastic and the pizzas that the staff make 24/7 are absolutely delicious. The drink & pizza prices are reasonable. Location wise is spot on, just a two minute walk from the train station and central to everything. They provide more variety of tea & coffee in rooms, such as fruit & herbal teas, and decaff coffee, this totally beats any other budget hotel. Bad points: This is a cashless hotel & this is something i'm firmly against for a variety of reasons they lost £200 in sales due to this from myself & friends. The pillows are rock hard and kept waking up with a sore neck, the beds are also uncomfortable and feels like your sleeping on the floor. The noise from housekeeping is absolutely atrocious all you hear from several floors above and below, are the staff dragging large heavy trollies around and this goes on from 11am to 4pm if you need to sleep during the day forget it. The toilets smell of sewage & urine so sometimes you return back to your room and it stinks. There is also construction work ongoing Monday-Friday until Nov 2022 yet the prices are still very high. The cooling systems seem to work fine for an hour or so but then quickly the room becomes stuffy and warm, due to the location having the window open is very noisy especially at weekends.

Die Rezeption des Hotels befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone und sucht schon lange. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs und Windsor Castle, bequemer Transport und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist sauber, aber es gibt wirklich nichts außer Badetücher.

Das Teamtreffen des Vereinigten Königreichs wurde für 3 Tage im Hotel gehostet. Ausgezeichneter Service und eine erstaunliche Lage. Unsere Besucher aus dem Ausland liebten die Aussichten auf den Fluss. Die Einrichtungen waren hochgeladen, und insbesondere stellte er fest, dass wir bei der Rede mit Teammitgliedern weltweit keine der üblichen Verbindungsprobleme hatten. Einige der Teams blieben im Hotel und ich habe sehr beliebt Feedback.Besonders danke Isabel, Federica und Generaldirektor Anne für die Suche nach uns für die Woche.

Es war nicht beeindruckt, Text zu erhalten, während im Ausland zu sagen, wenn wir in unserem Zimmer spät gecheckt konnten. Wir fliegen zurück und konnten nicht garantieren, dass wir um 3 Uhr dorthin kommen. Ich musste Familienmitglied zu rufen, um zu erklären. Es gibt 2 Travelodges, eine auf jeder Seite der Autobahn. Wir buchten die westlich gelegene. Beide haben den gleichen Postcode. Unser satnav erkannte nur die Ostlich gelegene Seite. Das Ergebnis war, dass sie unsere Buchung nicht finden konnten. Hier passiert offensichtlich viel. Das Personal hat uns nur wenige Minuten und ein paar Meilen verzögert. Unsere Ankunft wurde durch Schwierigkeiten bei Heathrow, d. h. Terminalwechsel und über eine Stunde und eine halbe Stunde Verzögerung, bevor die Passagiere Zugang zum Gepäckersatz haben konnten. Personalmangel. Ankunft um fast Mitternacht. Nur Costa offen bei Dienstleistungen. Allerdings, Personal im Hotel hilfreich. Lage gut und ruhig trotz der Nähe zu M4. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Zimmer sauber und viel Raum, Bett komfortabel, Kaffeemaschine begrüßt. Badezimmer fein und Wasser heiß. gut und eine Menge Wahl für Frühstück mit Dienstleistungen nur wenige Yards entfernt, aber nicht zu Lärmproblemen im Hotel. Genießbaren Aufenthalt. Traurig über Postcode-Verwirrung Vielleicht eine Erklärung, die auf der Website gegebene westbound-Dienste zu nehmen, wenn die Buchung verhindern würde Verwirrung und sparen Menschen, die auf der östlichbound-Website genommen werden. Wir waren besorgt, als Satnav uns gesagt hat, die westlichen Dienstleistungen zu übergeben, aber vermutete, das Hotel wurde kurz nach einem anderen Turnoff näher gebracht. Es hätte unsere Ankunft viel weniger beladen, wenn wir wissen, dass es Travelodges beide Seiten der Autobahn waren. Das Hotel selbst war gut und gab uns eine komfortable Nacht.

Incredibly disappointed with my stay. Room was hot and smelt very strongly of Indian takeaway on arrival. Bedding had blood on it. Bedhead in poor repair. Bathroom door did not close. Outer window was impossible to close due to the position of the television set and the inner window frame. Shower clearly cleaned but smelt very musty. Room 205 is next door to the linen room. Staff used this room loudly after midnight at 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. talking, banging the door repeatedly, and shaking sheets out. This woke me up multiple times, and I did not sleep well. There were no hairdryers available, I had to go out and buy one. The lift did not work. My card to enter the building stopped working during my stay and needed changing, which was another inconvenience. None of this is the fault of the staff who were very pleasant. Perfect location with cafes and shops nearby, just a shame that the place isn't well maintained. There's bog standard and then there's this.

die zweite, die ich incheckte, hat ein sehr warmes Willkommen von Safia und Prachi, was mich sehr glücklich und klar, dass die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um ihre Jobs, obwohl die Mitarbeiter, wo polit das Essen bei mehreren Gelegenheiten während meines Aufenthalts unterkocht wurde die auch Erbrechen hatte, persönlich denke ich, die Manager sollten mehr auf die Lebensmittelqualität.

Das 2. Mal hier innerhalb von 2 Monaten. Wie gesagt, praktischer Ort mit exzellentem Service. Andererseits kann es nachts etwas laut werden, besonders während der Halloween-Zeit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist vielfältig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist hilfsbereit und höflich. Werden sicher beim nächsten Besuch wiederkommen. Leider nicht genug Zeit, um Sauna und Schwimmbad zu besuchen.
