Ich war von der wunderbar blühenden Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer fand ich ebenfalls sehr schön und die Sauberkeit war lobenswert. Begeistert war ich auch von der Sauberkeit außerhalb der Hotelanlage, so etwas habe ich bei meinen vielen Aufenthalten in Ägypten noch nie gesehen. Ich würde gern wiederkommen, aber als Single wird das sicher zu teuer wenn man 6 Wochen bleiben will.

Wir sind gerade aus Ägypten zurückgekehrt und haben die letzten 5 Tage hier verbracht, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kamen am 6. Januar an und durch Zufall wurde das Abendessen wegen des osteuropäischen Festivals beworben, hatten wirklich außergewöhnliche Erfahrungen. Das Essen an den anderen Tagen war natürlich auch gut. :-) Der Privatstrand ist kühl, hervorragend zum Schnorcheln. Das Wasser war nicht sehr kalt und ich war ziemlich schwach, also bekam ich einen Neoprenanzug, also ist alles in Ordnung. Und fragen Sie den Bademeister, wo die Seekuh ist! Eigentlich könnte es viele Programme für einen Tagesausflug oder so geben, im Hotel gibt es auch viele Programme zum Mitmachen wie Yoga und Beachvolleyball. Sie haben fast jeden Tag Live-Shows. Während ich es vorzog, 3 Mahlzeiten zu genießen, Strand und Schnorcheln zu gehen, da es für mich schon fantastisch ist. :P Außerdem ist das Team des Hilton Marsa Alam großartig. Ashraf, Hussein und das Team haben mir sehr geholfen und sie sind super nett und jederzeit bereit zu helfen. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und ich wurde zu einem riesigen Zimmer mit Meerblick befördert und das Bett ist über 2 Meter groß. Ich glaube, es ist ein Cleopatra-Bett: DDD Übrigens können Sie mit dem GoBus zum Hotel fahren, wenn Sie nicht viel brauchen, um ein Taxi oder so zu nehmen. Oder wie wir, wir kamen tatsächlich aus Luxor und fuhren (privater Pickup, 2 ppl 50 ägyptische Pfund) in der Nähe von Marsa Alam zum Hotel. Ich denke, nicht viele haben unseren Weg gewählt. Wieder sehr zu empfehlen. Und vielen Dank, ich wünschte, ich könnte bald dabei sein.

Schlechteste Kinderanimation die wir je erlebt haben. Die Animationscrew hat unseren Empfindens nach keine Motivation Mini Disco zu machen, überhaupt mit Kindern zu arbeiten. Dann wird kurzfristig der Ort geändert und niemand gibt dann mal ne Info am alten Standort. Es spricht auch niemand im Mini Club deutsch. Entsprechend waren die genervten Blicke der Betreuer als nur deutsche Kinder da waren- und *oh Gott dann auch noch im Mindestalter von 4 Jahren*. Das Tagesprogramm war ggf da aber dafür das ein Animation Team animieren soll sind alle sehr schüchtern und mehr mit ihren Handys beschäftigt als allem anderen. Servicepersonal durchwachsen, meist überfordert weil einfach zuviele Familien in der ersten Stunde durchgeschleust werden müssen und die Minis Hunger haben - 18:30 Uhr Start und viele stehen bereits 18:35 und warten das Tische frei werden. … nächste mal wieder happy life solange shaggy noch da ist. Betten sehr hart und auch Kopfkissen. Kann man aber auf Anfrage gewechselt bekommen. Hotelpersonal insgesamt ist super bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Hotel hat viel investiert an Matratzen die frisch geliefert wurden, Amphitheater, Optik ect. Mo der lifeguard ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles was man an fragen nach dem schnorcheln. Auch wird versucht das was vom Riff noch da ist zu erhalten. Hier fehlt ehr der Respekt der Touristen! Essen ist lecker und jeder kann was finden. Für Kinder passend gewürzt, man kann sich individuell nachwürzen. Kommen wir wieder, nein nicht in dieses Three Corners.

Hallo, ja der Countdown läuft. Seit Januar schauen wir schon den Bauarbeiten zu, jeden Tag kam man etwas vorwärts. Kurzzeitig waren die Sitzplätze etwas eingeschränkt, doch es wurde trotzdem immer wieder für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt. Da gab es Cocktailabende und auch Grillen am Pool, ja die Gäste sollten in ihrem Urlaub nicht gestört werden, sie sollten sich wohlfühlen. Nun wird das neue Restaurant in den nächsten eröffnet, es entscheidet sich sehr von dem Alten. Ein sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept wodurch sich auch die Gäste auch wenn es mal sehr viele sind nicht stören. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes und angenehmes Hotel, kurze Wege und super Essen. Auch die verschiedenen Bars geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Mekky und Jamaica machen den allerbesten Cappuccino. Liebe Grüße Tina V.

Dieses Hotel hat wohl kleine Mängel und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. aber die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Menschen die dort arbeiten macht das wieder gut. Vielen Dank euch allen. Tolles Team! Werde gerne wieder kommen. Das Riff sollte noch besser geschützt werden vor rücksichtslosen Touristen, damit man es auch noch nach Jahren bewundern kann. Auch die angebotenen Treibjagten auf Seekühe und Schildkröten sind fragwürdig. Die angebotenen Massagen sind von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität, also Glückssache.

Wir sind gerade aus Ägypten zurückgekehrt und haben die letzten 5 Tage hier verbracht, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kamen am 6. Januar an und durch Zufall wurde das Abendessen wegen des osteuropäischen Festivals beworben, hatten wirklich außergewöhnliche Erfahrungen. Das Essen an den anderen Tagen war natürlich auch gut. :-) Der Privatstrand ist kühl, hervorragend zum Schnorcheln. Das Wasser war nicht sehr kalt und ich war ziemlich schwach, also bekam ich einen Neoprenanzug, also ist alles in Ordnung. Und fragen Sie den Bademeister, wo die Seekuh ist! Eigentlich könnte es viele Programme für einen Tagesausflug oder so geben, im Hotel gibt es auch viele Programme zum Mitmachen wie Yoga und Beachvolleyball. Sie haben fast jeden Tag Live-Shows. Während ich es vorzog, 3 Mahlzeiten zu genießen, Strand und Schnorcheln zu gehen, da es für mich schon fantastisch ist. :P Außerdem ist das Team des Hilton Marsa Alam großartig. Ashraf, Hussein und das Team haben mir sehr geholfen und sie sind super nett und jederzeit bereit zu helfen. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und ich wurde zu einem riesigen Zimmer mit Meerblick befördert und das Bett ist über 2 Meter groß. Ich glaube, es ist ein Cleopatra-Bett: DDD Übrigens können Sie mit dem GoBus zum Hotel fahren, wenn Sie nicht viel brauchen, um ein Taxi oder so zu nehmen. Oder wie wir, wir kamen tatsächlich aus Luxor und fuhren (privater Pickup, 2 ppl 50 ägyptische Pfund) in der Nähe von Marsa Alam zum Hotel. Ich denke, nicht viele haben unseren Weg gewählt. Wieder sehr zu empfehlen. Und vielen Dank, ich wünschte, ich könnte bald dabei sein.

Hallo, ja der Countdown läuft. Seit Januar schauen wir schon den Bauarbeiten zu, jeden Tag kam man etwas vorwärts. Kurzzeitig waren die Sitzplätze etwas eingeschränkt, doch es wurde trotzdem immer wieder für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt. Da gab es Cocktailabende und auch Grillen am Pool, ja die Gäste sollten in ihrem Urlaub nicht gestört werden, sie sollten sich wohlfühlen. Nun wird das neue Restaurant in den nächsten eröffnet, es entscheidet sich sehr von dem Alten. Ein sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept wodurch sich auch die Gäste auch wenn es mal sehr viele sind nicht stören. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes und angenehmes Hotel, kurze Wege und super Essen. Auch die verschiedenen Bars geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Mekky und Jamaica machen den allerbesten Cappuccino. Liebe Grüße Tina V.

All my experience in Fantazia Resort would be good except first hours after arrival on reception.We arrived around 9 am to the hotel from airport.No brekfast was offered not even lunch ! We were offered VIP accomodation for extra US $120.When we refused,we were told to wait for room till 2 pm afternoon.After meeting with delegate we were still not accomodated ! So our delegate takes charge ,talked to receptionist and finaly we got room 3 pm afternoon !!! Delegate send us to lunch too.We requested at least 5x upper floor,always answer was NO PROBLEM,but we got groun level ! When we were leaving hotel last day we were woke up 2 hours !!! before bus departure they needed room for new Italians arriving at night,so our room was sold to 2 different guests same night !!! Nobody came pick up luggage ! Final part of very bad experience with reception was, that they told us we must return 2 door cards,but we received on arrival only 1 card (120 % possitive).We had to pay lost fee for second door card we never received !!!!! This is final part why we would NEVER COME BACK to this resort even all grounds are nice ,food and other staff and service too except RECEPTION ! Ich war von der wunderbar blühenden Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer fand ich ebenfalls sehr schön und die Sauberkeit war lobenswert. Begeistert war ich auch von der Sauberkeit außerhalb der Hotelanlage, so etwas habe ich bei meinen vielen Aufenthalten in Ägypten noch nie gesehen. Ich würde gern wiederkommen, aber als Single wird das sicher zu teuer wenn man 6 Wochen bleiben will.

Der Hotelrestaurantservice ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und das Essen ist auch das Beste, was ich in diesen Hotels in Ägypten empfinde. Aber der Rezeptionservice fühlt sich zu tief und nicht flexibel genug. Damals war es fünf Uhr nachmittags, und ich habe das Zimmer geplant, das Grundzimmer, weil es 2-2-2-Kleine ist, also sagte ich, dass dieser Zimmertyp nicht übernachten kann, ich wollte, dass ich den Bestellungen entziehe und das Haus wieder bestellen. Ich fragte, ob ich den Unterschied direkt löschen kann, den Zimmertyp aktualisieren und sagen kann, dass es nicht! Bitte suchen Sie Trip.com Kundenservice, stornieren Sie Ihre Bestellung und schreiben Sie erneut ab, so dass wir bis 6:30 Uhr nicht übernachten. Ich bin am Tag nach dem Ende des Tals und der Stadt Habs gekommen, direkt aus dem Luxus-Paket, ich bin fünf Stunden im Auto gefahren. Ich habe das Haus neu gesteckt und mehr als 100 Dollar Steuern gezahlt. Am nächsten Tag rufe ich mich an, 25 Dollar zu übermitteln. Durch den Austausch von Übersetzungs-Software, sagen Sie, dass dieses $25, weil meine Zimmergebühren nicht direkt an sie gezahlt werden, so dass sie $25 für die Gebühren erheben, wenn sie die Plattform abholen, so dass ich es zu tragen habe... OK, ich habe es wieder zu liefern, ich verstehe nicht, warum ich es nicht einmal gestern genommen habe? Trip.com-Dienst ist wirklich gut, ich muss dafür eins sein, ich habe gerufen, schnell reagiert, hilf mir, um zu arbeiten, und ich habe den Unterschied wieder gegeben!

Dieses Hotel hat wohl kleine Mängel und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. aber die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Menschen die dort arbeiten macht das wieder gut. Vielen Dank euch allen. Tolles Team! Werde gerne wieder kommen. Das Riff sollte noch besser geschützt werden vor rücksichtslosen Touristen, damit man es auch noch nach Jahren bewundern kann. Auch die angebotenen Treibjagten auf Seekühe und Schildkröten sind fragwürdig. Die angebotenen Massagen sind von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität, also Glückssache.

Wir sind gerade aus Ägypten zurückgekehrt und haben die letzten 5 Tage hier verbracht, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kamen am 6. Januar an und durch Zufall wurde das Abendessen wegen des osteuropäischen Festivals beworben, hatten wirklich außergewöhnliche Erfahrungen. Das Essen an den anderen Tagen war natürlich auch gut. :-) Der Privatstrand ist kühl, hervorragend zum Schnorcheln. Das Wasser war nicht sehr kalt und ich war ziemlich schwach, also bekam ich einen Neoprenanzug, also ist alles in Ordnung. Und fragen Sie den Bademeister, wo die Seekuh ist! Eigentlich könnte es viele Programme für einen Tagesausflug oder so geben, im Hotel gibt es auch viele Programme zum Mitmachen wie Yoga und Beachvolleyball. Sie haben fast jeden Tag Live-Shows. Während ich es vorzog, 3 Mahlzeiten zu genießen, Strand und Schnorcheln zu gehen, da es für mich schon fantastisch ist. :P Außerdem ist das Team des Hilton Marsa Alam großartig. Ashraf, Hussein und das Team haben mir sehr geholfen und sie sind super nett und jederzeit bereit zu helfen. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und ich wurde zu einem riesigen Zimmer mit Meerblick befördert und das Bett ist über 2 Meter groß. Ich glaube, es ist ein Cleopatra-Bett: DDD Übrigens können Sie mit dem GoBus zum Hotel fahren, wenn Sie nicht viel brauchen, um ein Taxi oder so zu nehmen. Oder wie wir, wir kamen tatsächlich aus Luxor und fuhren (privater Pickup, 2 ppl 50 ägyptische Pfund) in der Nähe von Marsa Alam zum Hotel. Ich denke, nicht viele haben unseren Weg gewählt. Wieder sehr zu empfehlen. Und vielen Dank, ich wünschte, ich könnte bald dabei sein.
