The Best Western Hotel is a very nice complex. The rooms are nice and modern with minibar and kettle, also the pool area is great with sea view. The hotel also has a partnership with a beach bar on the beach. So you can decide for yourself what you feel like doing. The shuttle to the beach is free and can be booked at the reception. So everything is very simple and guest-friendly. There is a good selection for breakfast and an egg station, which we particularly liked. I wouldn't choose this hotel myself without a rental car, it wouldn't make much sense. With a car, you can explore the area and be flexible in the evening. We ate at the hotel twice in the evening, but found the portion sizes too small for the price and went out afterwards. Point for improvement? It would be nice if there were fresh juices for breakfast instead of juices from a vending machine. It doesn't suit the ambience or the island of Sicily! Das Best Western Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Komplex. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern gestaltet mit Minibar und Wasserkocher, auch die Poolanlage ist toll mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Hotel hat zudem eine Partnerschaft mit einer Beachbar am Strand. So kann man selber entscheiden, zu was man gerade mehr Lust hat. Der Shuttle zum Strand ist gratis und kann an der Rezeption reserviert werden. Also alles sehr einfach und gästefreundlich. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine gute Auswahl sowie eine Eierspeisenstation, die uns besonders gefallen hat. Ohne Mietauto würde ich selbst nicht dieses Hotel wählen, das würde wenig Sinn machen. Mit dem Auto kannst du die Gegend erkunden und bist am Abend flexibel. Wir haben 2x am Abend im Hotel gegessen, fanden die Portionsgrössen für den Preis jedoch zu klein und waren danach auswärts. Verbesserungspunkt? Wäre schön, wenn es zum Frühstück frische Säfte gäbe, anstelle von Säften aus einem Automaten. Das passt nicht zum Ambiente und auch nicht zur Insel Sizilien!

Da circa 5 anni, anche solo per un giorno,torno in questo hotel che dentro le sue stelle fa pulsare un cuore intriso di professionalità ma, soprattutto, di qualità relazionale. Accoglienza (Loredana al desk è preparata, formata, concreta,coordina i servizi in modo attento e rapido ); massima igiene (il team di Nancy è discreto, pronto, efficiente).La colazione è ricca, con possibilità di ordinare piatti preparati al momento (spicca Salvo per le delizie sia salate che dolci), dunque con prodotti freschi ed ottimi, non superflui né commerciali ma locali. Le cucine sono sempre state valide, questa volta non abbiamo pranzato ma gli altri ospiti sembravano soddisfatti. La zona piscina è una risorsa alternativa al mare, di per sé straordinario, ma valida per godere del relax locale e dei colori naturali intorno. La vista è impagabile. I titolari si distinguono per motivazione e generosità, sono proattivi.
