BB_BI chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected.
The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed.
What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items.
I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation.
Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us.
I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

GGastnutzerA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

AAmelie LamDies ist ein neues Hotel, etwa sechs Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen 7-Eleven-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Rezeption und das Personal sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und hat nur ein 66 cm großes Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt. Insgesamt ist es aber sehr sauber. Das Bett ist angenehm weich und bequem, und es ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich für die Executive-Etage entschieden. Die Executive-Lounge ist sehr ruhig und bietet eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Getränken. Zu den Snacks gehören Seeigel, was etwas überraschend ist, aber das Frühstück in der Lounge ist zu klein. Wir bevorzugen das Frühstücksbuffet im zweiten Stock, da es dort mehr Auswahl gibt. Die Thermalquellen des Hotels sind auch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein gutes Erlebnis.

GGastnutzerIch war vorübergehend nach Hokkaido geflogen, habe aber letztes Jahr nicht das Chalet Ivy gebucht. Aufgrund der Bewertungen war ich etwas beunruhigt, aber mit dem Ergebnis war ich sehr zufrieden. Der Service war herzlich und die Zimmer und die Lobby wurden renoviert. Die private Cypress-Suppe war angesichts des starken Schnees am frühen Morgen voller Stimmung.
Abendessen: Privater Huaishi-Kurs, Geschmack und Menge sind gut
Frühstück: Es gibt Buffets und japanische Menüs. Ich bevorzuge das japanische Frühstück, das gut zu Reis passt.
Freibad: Ich habe es erst nach 16 Uhr eingeführt. Es ist wahrscheinlich ausgebucht, aber es ist in Ordnung, ein eigenes Bad im Zimmer zu haben und ein Fenster zu öffnen, haha
Frauensuppe: Es gibt eine weitere unabhängige Hütte im Freien mit einer separaten Lounge. Diesmal war ich zu faul, es auszuprobieren.
Lounge: Abends wird Wein serviert (kein Wein) und morgens werden Obst, Milch und einige Snacks serviert. Da viele Leute da sind, ist die Privatsphäre durchschnittlich.
Bus: Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus von und nach Sapporo. Sie müssen daran erinnert werden, eine Reservierung auf der Website vorzunehmen.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels brand new, with a modern and elegant design throughout. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable bedding and great amenities.
The location is convenient, close to Susukino and within easy reach of key attractions, yet the area feels calm and relaxed. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well presented.
Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable choice in Sapporo, perfect for both leisure and business stays. I would definitely return on my next visit.

GGastnutzerWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

It’s the kind of hotel where you drop your bags, step outside, and instantly have food, convenience stores, and transportation right there.
The rooms are clean and practical. They aren’t big, but they’re comfortable enough for a few nights, with good heating in winter and blackout curtains that actually work. Everything is kept tidy, and you get the usual Japanese reliability: quiet hallways, smooth check-in, and amenities that just do their job without fuss. The bathrooms are the typical compact Japanese style, but they’re clean and functional, which is what most people need after a long day in the cold.
Breakfast is decent, with a mix of Japanese and Western options, and the staff keep everything running smoothly. The hotel also has coin laundry, vending machines, and all the conveniences that make travel in Japan feel very straightforward.
This isn’t a luxury stay and it doesn’t pretend to be one. It’s a practical, comfortable base for exploring Sapporo and nearby areas. If you care more about location and convenience than huge rooms or fancy amenities, MYSTAYS Sapporo Station does the job extremely well. It’s especially great during winter when you don’t want to walk far in the cold. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable choice for anyone looking for an easy and stress-free stay in the city.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt zwischen den Bahnhöfen Susukino und Nakajima Koen. Das Zweibettzimmer ist etwas kleiner und das Gepäck kann nur abwechselnd geöffnet und mitgenommen werden, aber das Badezimmer riecht zunächst Es wird eine Weile dauern, bis es sich auflöst. Das gesamte Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es im Zimmer etwas stickig war, also meldete ich es an der Rezeption und stellte fest, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab und diese nur der Luftzufuhr diente. Anders als in anderen Hotels, in denen ich vor ein paar Nächten übernachtet habe, sind die Frühstücksartikel kleiner, süße Garnelen und Lachs sind abgepackt. Wenn Sie mehr essen möchten, müssen Sie viele kleine Teller herausnehmen denn die Ramen sind auch in Stücke geschnitten, und die Früchte sind so dünn, dass sie wie eine Dekoration auf dem Teller aussehen. Insgesamt ist der Geschmack nicht schlecht, aber ich fühle mich nach dem Essen immer einsam .

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel guests in the lobby.
FYI, there is a Lawson, the convenient store which is near to the hotel building.

PPavaRinaWir waren im „neuen“ Gebäude untergebracht – die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig; neu war es nicht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war unglaublich, man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, selbst für Europäer. Von den drei Badezimmern gefiel uns das im Erdgeschoss am besten – es war geräumig und verfügte über eine Sauna mit Warm- und Kaltwasser. Der hoteleigene Pool ist ausschließlich für Kinder.
