BB_BI chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected.
The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed.
What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items.
I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation.
Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us.
I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

GGastnutzerA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

AAmelie LamDies ist ein neues Hotel, etwa sechs Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen 7-Eleven-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Rezeption und das Personal sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und hat nur ein 66 cm großes Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt. Insgesamt ist es aber sehr sauber. Das Bett ist angenehm weich und bequem, und es ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich für die Executive-Etage entschieden. Die Executive-Lounge ist sehr ruhig und bietet eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Getränken. Zu den Snacks gehören Seeigel, was etwas überraschend ist, aber das Frühstück in der Lounge ist zu klein. Wir bevorzugen das Frühstücksbuffet im zweiten Stock, da es dort mehr Auswahl gibt. Die Thermalquellen des Hotels sind auch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein gutes Erlebnis.

HhjuuErstens ist das Frühstück wirklich lecker und das Fassbier ist sehr, sehr lecker.
Das Abendessen ist etwas langsam und das Frühstück fühlt sich reichhaltiger an.
Ich blieb für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen. Insgesamt waren die Mahlzeiten gut und das große öffentliche Bad war wirklich geräumig und sauber.
Es gibt zwei Arten von öffentlichen Bädern, und das Männer- und das Frauenbad wechseln fast täglich. Daher halte ich es für ein sehr gutes System, da man auch bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt vielfältige Erlebnisse haben kann, ohne dass Langeweile aufkommt.
Im großen öffentlichen Bad gibt es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung, sodass Sie nichts separat vorbereiten müssen.
Allerdings sind die bereitgestellten Handtücher sehr staubig. Wenn Sie empfindliche Haut haben, sollten Sie daher eigene mitbringen.
Die Badewanne im Zimmer hatte kein heißes Wasser, daher war ich enttäuscht, dass ich sie nicht einmal zum Fußbad nutzen konnte, und das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gibt fast keine Heizung im Zimmer, daher wäre es eine gute Idee, eine am Bettzeug befestigte Wärmepackung zu verwenden.
Es gibt einen großen Raum, der als Schminktisch genutzt werden kann. Sie können auf einem Stuhl sitzen und Make-up vorbereiten usw., und es ist sehr bequem.
Einfache Einwegartikel wie Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta und Wattestäbchen sind im Zimmer vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist.
Während meines Aufenthalts von 3 Tagen und 2 Nächten konnte ich mehrere Gänge essen, sodass sich die Mahlzeiten nicht überschnitten, und ich war überrascht, wie gut die Qualität des gegrillten Fisches war. Insbesondere der gegrillte Lachs war nicht nur viel köstlicher als der gegrillte Lachs, den ich auf dem Nijo-Markt gekauft habe, sondern er war auch sehr lecker, weil ein großer Teil mit breiter Schale verwendet wurde.
Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bietet einen angenehmen Service.
Auch wenn es das gleiche Japan ist, scheint es doch ganz anders zu sein als Tokio.
Ich möchte es wieder besuchen, wenn ich nach Japan reise. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit 👍🏻

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels brand new, with a modern and elegant design throughout. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable bedding and great amenities.
The location is convenient, close to Susukino and within easy reach of key attractions, yet the area feels calm and relaxed. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well presented.
Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable choice in Sapporo, perfect for both leisure and business stays. I would definitely return on my next visit.

GGastnutzerOur 1st trip to Japan and this hotel didnt disappoint. From the time we arrive till we left, we were never disappointed us. Its very clean, compact and 2 of us in a room with 2 large suitcases could fit in. Water heater functions well and toilet is superb clean. We didnt take the breakfast so cant comment. Its about 5 minutes walk to the underground tunnel to subway. Subway station is about 10 minutes walk (if you walk like the Japanese) Asians will need 20 minutes or so

GGastnutzerWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

GGastnutzerThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel guests in the lobby.
FYI, there is a Lawson, the convenient store which is near to the hotel building.

PPavaRinaWir waren im „neuen“ Gebäude untergebracht – die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig; neu war es nicht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war unglaublich, man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, selbst für Europäer. Von den drei Badezimmern gefiel uns das im Erdgeschoss am besten – es war geräumig und verfügte über eine Sauna mit Warm- und Kaltwasser. Der hoteleigene Pool ist ausschließlich für Kinder.
