GGastnutzerWe always try and book this hotel the day before we fly away on holidays. It's so convenient walking the 10mins to the airport. We hav6a relaxing evening with something to eat and drink before heading up to our comfortable room, as we are always up early for our early flight. Nice to have a quick breakfast as well. Although the hot breakfast doesn't start until 6am.

CchwllsaeeDas Hotel war so sauber und modern, mit einem wirklich großen Zimmer -- mehr als genug für 2 Personen. Die Lage war so groß, weil es direkt neben einem Theater war und wir cld sogar eine letzte Minute Show dort! Das Hotel war nahe zu unseren Bedürfnissen, d.h. Einkaufen, Sightseeing im Royal Mile und im Stadtzentrum.

FFarida NoriCheck in was easy, parking was not a problem. Food in restaurant was more finger food and more like what you’d get in a cinema. I was happy with it but hubby thought otherwise hahaha. We played pool at the lobby which had a pink table. Lots of fun before retiring for our super early flight. Room was ok for short stays. 7-10 mins walk to airport. On the whole was nice.

GGastnutzerThe location of this hotel is just on the border of the city centre, so it feels a lot quieter compared to right on the High Street.
My room was a windowless Queen Room, with plenty of storage space for 2 people. I quite like the design of the room, where 1 side of the room is the washing facilities.
Unfortunately, the night when I stayed, there were many loud door slamming during the night. I've got woken up many times.
I had the breakfast downstairs at around 9:30am, and it closes at 10am. The hot food was very dry, so probably been sitting around for some time. If I stay here again, I would go elsewhere for breakfast.

Ich war 2 Tage bei Stewart von Heeton Concept und würde mich in der Zukunft absolut gern zurückkehren!
Die Wohnung war spotless kein Staub, keine Bettwäsche, frische saubere Bettwäsche und ein schlaues Waschzimmer. Alles war gut gepflegt und für einen wirklich komfortablen Aufenthalt gemacht. Es fühlte sich wirklich wie ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen und zu entspannen.
Die einzigen zwei Dinge, die ich als Bereiche für Verbesserung erwähnen würde: die Check-out-Zeit von 10:30 Uhr fühlte sich etwas früh, und ein paar grundlegende Toiletteneinrichtungen wie Zahnpasta, eine Zahnbürste und Slips fehlten. Alles andere wurde geliefert und gut gelagert.
Insgesamt ein fantastisches Aufenthalt und sehr empfohlen. Wird sicherlich zurückkehren! 😊

GGastnutzerI just wanted to follow up regarding the situation we encountered when we arrived. We had booked three double rooms for two nights so that our group could stay together. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in that one of the rooms had no electricity and couldn’t be used, and one of our friends had to be moved to a different hotel.
We completely understand that unexpected issues can sometimes happen. However, since we specifically booked three rooms in the same hotel so our group could stay together, having one of us placed somewhere else has been quite inconvenient for us and has made it more difficult to coordinate our plans during the trip.
In addition, the hotel that was arranged for our friend was unfortunately of a much lower standard than the one we originally booked. This was quite surprising for us, especially since we had chosen and paid for your hotel expecting a certain level of comfort and experience for everyone in our group.
While we appreciate that your staff tried to find a solution at the time, the overall arrangement has left us feeling rather disappointed with the situation.
We hope you can understand why this has been frustrating for our group, and we would really appreciate it if you could let us know whether there is anything that can be done to help make up for the inconvenience caused.

PPeter 佛系游客Good points: The location is perfect, city centre. Service is above average. We had the breakfasts, not buffet style but actually v good. Al carte style, not easy to over eat.walking distance to a lot of attractions and starting points of local tours.
Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Above average.

Although my family of 4 while in UK, would book 2 rooms, recently, probably for the fun of the booking staff (definitely felt intentional) or the inadequacy of the computers, our family would be placed in 2 rooms in different floors, this time it DID NOT HAPPEN. So special thanks to W hotel for making this normal request come true.
Not good points: Although nothing wrong with artificial friendliness, however, when all our luggage was delayed by British Airway, and there was a reasonable line in check in. The reception staff maybe could cut down the chatting with the guests and focused in doing the job and checking us in quicker.
House keeping was below average, dirty glasses were not cleaned or replaced for TWO days. However this was not uncommon in UK in general.
Breakfast ordering in the restaurant, orders were missed twice but actually above average in UK.
Reminder: The hotel slippers were nice. Available on request, they would pretend the slippers were in the rooms, they would be available when requested Free.

GGastnutzerAbsolutely amazing. We arrived very late due to heavy snow- they checked us in and organised an extra bed literally within 2 minutes of arriving. The service is efficient and rapid. The gentleman who looked after our room in house keeping was awesome, he helped us settle in and the little touches to make the kids feel special was duly noted.
The manager down on the reception desk was excellent. Everything is managed very well, there is no waiting and the service is outstanding.
The view at breakfast is amazing! Mountains in the distance covered in snow. Our stay was better than expected. Parking ✅ Swimming pool and sauna ✅ Food ✅ Service ✅
The hotel location is convenient and the restaurant space is open plan and cosy yet very busy. The hotel does need some updated but everything works well.
The location is literally next to the zoo and the overflow car park 🅿️ is next to the hotel.
The staff here are outstanding. High praise. Thank you.

Beim Einchecken war es etwas schämlich, im Gegensatz zu den Informationen, die auf dem Schlüssel-Box-Passwort angekündigt wurden, so konnte ich Hilfe von der Mitarbeiter, aber es war ein bisschen unaufsichtig.
