Die Gesundheitsumgebung ist gut, die Heizung ist ausreichend, die Bettwäsche ist sauber und komfortabel, die Warmwasserbereitungsanlage ist perfekt, die Sound-Effizienz ist gut, es ist sehr angemessen, mit Freunden zu leben, um zu reisen.

Große Lage nicht zu weit von der Station Edinburgh Waverley und ein paar Minuten vom Royal Mile entfernt. Viele Pubs und Essensplätze in der Nähe. Personal sehr willkommen und immer verfügbar. Wir waren etwa eine halbe Stunde früh für die Eincheckungszeit, aber unser Zimmer war für uns verfügbar. Süßes Doppelzimmer war groß genug für 2 Personen. Hangen Platz für Kleidung mit Hängern enthalten. Große Desk/Tisch mit voll gelagertem Tee/Kaffeestation. Rein Zimmer und Bett, plus zusätzlichen Kissen waren verfügbar. Das Bett war komfortabel, denken Sie, sie verwenden Matratzen. Wir blieben für 3 Nächte im Januar und das Zimmer war warm genug mit der Verwendung des Heiz-/Kühlsystems. Unser Zimmer sah den Hunters Square, so eine ziemlich schöne Aussicht auf das, was passiert war. Kleines Badezimmer, aber Dusche war groß genug und Dusche einfach zu benutzen. Große Spiegel mit Licht um sie im Badezimmer und lange Spiegel auf der Wand im Zimmer. Haartrockner in Zimmer auch. Gratis WiFi war immer verfügbar. Großes Flachbild-TV war in Ordnung. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm aus anderen Zimmern oder aus der Straße draußen, obwohl wir gelegentlich das Fenster geöffnet hatten. Schlüsselkarten funktionierten ohne Probleme. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, ”Die tägliche saubere” zu verschieben, die wir getan haben, aber die Handtücher änderten. Korridore riechen immer sauber und frisch. Wir haben nicht für das Frühstück gewählt und haben nicht im Hotel gegessen oder getrunken, wie wir viel essen. Ich würde sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.

I booked a room without window without realising! It was already over priced! I tried to change room but they didnt fulfil my request! So when I entered my room I realised is very small and it lacks basic amenities like fridge wardrobe enough space on both sides of the bed and plus I didnt have anything to put my things near my side of the bed as well... bathroom was also small no window i also had to buy my own conditioner cause hotel couldnt provide it for me... im really dissappinted... I already paid enough money and breakfast was not included in the price! Check in was also late i had to pay extra for early check in which is outrageous! And if I wanted late check out I also had to pay extra money for this... For the money I paid i could easily book a luxury air bnb and I could have my comfort as well! Plus at night there was too much noise outside our room which made us very uncomfortable! Sometimes we were thinking that someone entered our room due to the loud noises outside... I stayed one night and it was one of my worst hotel experiences... im really dissapointed... the only thing I liked was the cleanliness... we were told by one staff member that someone would call us to discuss our experience and offer us some money back if possible but no one called us! I wont book again any room in this hotel! Thats for sure! Very dissapointing experience...

We had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Edinburgh Park (Airport). The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you would expect from the Premier Inn standard. The location is very convenient, being right next to Edinburgh Park train and tram stations, making airport access and travel around Edinburgh easy. However, it is quite far from the city centre, so journeys into town take a bit longer. The facilities were adequate for our needs, and overall the hotel offered good value for money. One area for improvement would be the service, as the afternoon staff appeared somewhat unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay as a family. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for convenient transport links and a comfortable stay.

Während des Frühlingsfestivals nach Edinburgh zu reisen ist im Allgemeinen günstiger als nach London. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehle ich Ibis. ✅ Die Lage ist praktisch, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Castle Calton Hill entfernt, eine Kehrtwende zur Princes Street und 6 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. ✅ Die Landschaft auf der Seite zur alten Straße ist wirklich toll ✅ Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, inklusive Doppelfrühstück bietet es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ✅ Hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, weniger als 800 RMB/Nacht inklusive zwei Frühstücke während des Frühlingsfestes, im Vergleich zu anderen sehr gut ❌ Da es keinen Heizkörper gibt, ist es nicht sehr effektiv, sich beim Heizen auf eine Klimaanlage zu verlassen. ⚠️ Wenn es 1.000 pro Nacht übersteigt, besteht meines Erachtens keine Notwendigkeit, dieses zu wählen ...

Die Zimmer und Badezimmer im Hotel sind wirklich winzig, man konnte den Koffer nicht einmal ganz öffnen, sondern musste ihn unter das Bett schieben. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war jedoch ganz in Ordnung. Der große Vorteil ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels, direkt gegenüber von Haymarket. Man kann von dort aus alles zu Fuß erreichen, was sehr praktisch ist, und es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotelfrühstück war eher durchschnittlich, es gab wenig Auswahl. Ein typisch englisches Frühstück, es war okay. Der Empfangsservice war auch nur mittelmäßig, besonders der männliche Rezeptionist gab mir die falsche Zimmernummer – obwohl sie auf dem Beleg stand, nannte er mir eine andere. Selbst nach zweimaliger Nachfrage war es immer noch falsch. Er wirkte, als hätte er keine Lust zu reden.

The biggest issue is the excessive noise after 11 PM. The nearby disco and nightclub open til 3:00am. from 11 PM to 3 AM, with drunk people talking loudly on the street. The room windows are not double-glazed, so it feels as if you are right on the street. At 6 AM, the garbage truck adds to the noise while collecting trash. Basically, if I hadn’t only slept for two hours due to the noise on the first night, there would have been no way to sleep at all on the second night. The hotel provides earplugs, but they are completely ineffective. I hope they can replace the windows with soundproof glass.

Excellent Location, but Serious Security Lapses I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. While there are some undeniable perks to the property, a few significant service and security issues made for a rather unsettling experience. The Highlights Prime Location: This is easily the hotel's strongest suit. It’s situated right next to Haymarket station, and there is a bus stop literally just outside the front door. Getting into the city centre takes no more than 10 minutes, making it a perfect base for exploring. Commendable Service: The reception team provided a decent welcome. I’d like to give a special mention to Shreyas, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our interactions. Quality Dining: We ate at the on-site restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was of a high standard, and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. Room Maintenance & Tech Issues Unfortunately, the shine started to wear off once we settled into the room: Housekeeping Oversights: Despite this being a multi-day stay, the complimentary water bottles were never replaced after the first day. Faulty Tech: The in-room tablet was practically useless. It kept restarting due to a battery fault; ironically, it even cut out while I was trying to use it to contact reception. Privacy Concerns: When we requested extra toilet roll, the staff member who delivered it attempted to walk straight into the room using their key, rather than knocking and waiting for us to answer. It was a complete breach of basic hospitality etiquette. A Major Security Concern The most distressing part of the trip occurred on our second day. Upon returning to our room in the evening, we were shocked to find the main door open. It appears the cleaning staff had failed to secure the door after finishing their rounds. Finding your hotel room left open to the public is, quite frankly, scary. It’s a massive security fail that overshadowed the rest of the stay. While the location is brilliant, the hotel desperately needs to tighten up its staff training and safety protocols. Would I stay again? Only if I were certain that the security and maintenance issues had been addressed.
