DDeborah TongTolle Lage in Grassmarket, nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Edinburghs entfernt. Das Apartment war frisch renoviert, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel, befand sich jedoch in einem öffentlich zugänglichen Erdgeschossbereich, sodass ich mich nicht hundertprozentig sicher fühlte.

CchwllsaeeDas Hotel war so sauber und modern, mit einem wirklich großen Zimmer -- mehr als genug für 2 Personen. Die Lage war so groß, weil es direkt neben einem Theater war und wir cld sogar eine letzte Minute Show dort! Das Hotel war nahe zu unseren Bedürfnissen, d.h. Einkaufen, Sightseeing im Royal Mile und im Stadtzentrum.

FFarida NoriCheck in was easy, parking was not a problem. Food in restaurant was more finger food and more like what you’d get in a cinema. I was happy with it but hubby thought otherwise hahaha. We played pool at the lobby which had a pink table. Lots of fun before retiring for our super early flight. Room was ok for short stays. 7-10 mins walk to airport. On the whole was nice.

GGastnutzerThe location of this hotel is just on the border of the city centre, so it feels a lot quieter compared to right on the High Street.
My room was a windowless Queen Room, with plenty of storage space for 2 people. I quite like the design of the room, where 1 side of the room is the washing facilities.
Unfortunately, the night when I stayed, there were many loud door slamming during the night. I've got woken up many times.
I had the breakfast downstairs at around 9:30am, and it closes at 10am. The hot food was very dry, so probably been sitting around for some time. If I stay here again, I would go elsewhere for breakfast.

MMargaritaB88Ein sehr komfortables und angenehmes Zimmer zu bleiben. Was ich am meisten gefallen: ein großes Bett, Teppich, langes Sofa, viele Socken, Teeset, viele Handtücher und Hygienezubehör, Thermostat, große Fenster. Es gab jedoch eine Sache, die ich nicht wirklich bekam - die Dusche sollte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden. Es ist wie die Hälfte offen und deshalb kann etwas Wasser splashen auf das Badezimmer Fußboden.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, es ist nicht im Zentrum, aber Sie können dort einfach in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß gehen.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es hatte traditionelle Notizen, aber immer noch heimlich, sehr lecker, und die Auswahl war groß.
Und schließlich war der Preis akzeptabel, so kann ich das Hotel stark empfehlen:)

Aamyun.myunAs a location, I think this is a very nice hotel to stay in; however, for a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service.
We were disappointed by several issues during our stay. First, housekeeping knocked on our door around 8 a.m., waking us up to ask if we needed cleaning. We requested the service, but when we returned to our room around 3 p.m., it had not been cleaned. Even after we went out to dinner and returned later that evening, the room was still not cleaned.
Additionally, while my friend and I were resting in the room, the door had not been closed properly and was slightly open. A hotel staff then opened the door without knocking, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
Another issue occurred when my friend ordered food via Deliveroo. The order was marked as delivered, but we could not find it. We asked the lobby ambassador for assistance, but she was not helpful at all. We eventually found the order ourselves, placed on the concierge desk.
Overall, the service from the staff was very disappointing and felt cold and unwelcoming. While I would recommend the hotel for its location, the level of service was far below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

YYee WaThe room itself was nice. However during our entire visit the ground floor is under renovation so only a small cramp room for breakfast and you have to carry food back to the room. Also had requested to have the room cleaned multiple days and each time the cleaners somehow missed our room. We even left specific note to the reception to ensure our room didn’t get skipped and yet find room wasn’t cleaned. When we finally got it cleaned (on third attempt), they missed clearing the bins (was full to brim as we stayed for a few days by then and they haven’t cleaned the room since) and missed changing the sheets when we even explicitly requested for it at the reception two days in a row. In the end we didn’t manage to get the sheets changed for our entire week stay… when we asked to leave the feedback to the manager, the reception staff told us to make appointment with their manager on the next day when they visit the hotel. We were already quite upset with the service we received and yet when asked to pass on feedback of our experience to the manager we were told to carve out some time in the middle of the day during our holiday to make an appointment to deliver the message ourselves!?? Not great experience.

ZZhengdujiaduIch habe ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett zum gleichen Preis wie ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett gebucht. Ich hatte das Glück, ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster mit Blick auf das Schloss zu bekommen. Es lag im 4. Stock und die Umgebung war sehr gut. Es gab 2 Flaschen kostenloses Mineralwasser und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Der Service war sehr gut. 👍

WWangzhiquanDie Lage des Hotels ist relativ abgelegen, aber von der Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt sind es nur 40 Meter, was den Standortmangel ausgleicht. Das Beste ist, dass es ca. 20 Minuten dauert fährt 24 Stunden am Tag, da es eine Haltestelle des Flughafenbusses ist. Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn Sie spät abends spielen. Das Schloss in der Altstadt ist schockierend! Ein Muss in Großbritannien😀😀😀

My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we both got a restful night’s sleep.

I was feeling a bit under the weather during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing breakfast directly to our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
