Positiv: Lage, Strand, Frühstück, Service gesamthaft o. K., was ja selbstverständlich sein sollte. Das Hotel preist sich auf der eigenen Homepage in allen Superlativen auch entsprechend an. Negativ/unerfreulich: Ausser am Strand und bei den Restaurants gibt es weit und breit KEINE BESCHATTUNG. Die wenigen Palmen und Sträucher spenden keinen Schatten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten.von der Reception Richtung Poolrestaurant sind unbarmherzig der gleissenden Sonne ausgesetzt. Ganz offensichtlich will man nicht, dass diese Sitzgelegenheiten am Tag benützt werden! Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Superiorzimmer mit Meerblick für vier Nächte gebucht. Ca. Eine Woche vor Ankunft erkundigten wir uns, ob eine Junior Suite verfügbar sei. Es sei eine für 3 Nächte frei, wurde uns mitgeteilt. Für eine Nacht müssten wir in das gebuchte Superiorzimmer umziehen. Wir gingen davon aus, dass das Superiorzimmer soviel kosten würde, wie es uns anfangs August bei der Buchung mitgeteilt worden war. Weit gefehlt: Das Hotel habe dynamische Preise, weshalb das Superiorzimmer jetzt anstatt € 320.85 nun € 359,10 koste. Punkt, keine Bereitschaft, auf irgendwelche valablen Argumente einzugehen. Und dies, obwohl wir die viel teurere Juniorsuite genommen haben. Wir bekamen die Juniorsuite im Erdgeschoss im rechten Flügel des Hotels zugewiesen. Kein Zimmer verfügt über eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Da bei uns die Sonne am Nachmittag unbarmherzig auf den Sitzplatz und in das Zimmer schien (die bodenhohen Fenster sind nicht gegen die Hitze isoliert), wurde es in unserer Suite unerträglich heiss. Einzige Remedur: Die Nachtvorhänge zu schliessen! Wir verlangten deshalb einen. Sonnenschirm, damit wir draussen wenigstens die Liegen benützen konnten. Am ersten Tag versuchte uns jemand vom Management telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir waren gerade auf einem Strandspaziergang. Das Meer war an diesem Tag aufgewühlt. Der Wellenschlag verunmöglichte ein Gespräch. Wir baten um Rückruf. In einer Stunde, da seien wir wieder im Hotel. Das war‘s! Niemand meldete sich danach bei uns. Einen Sonnenschirm gab es auch nicht. Wahrscheinlich aus dem Grund, dass auch andere Gäste einen solchen verlangt hätten! So haben wir in den sauren Apfel beissen und auch am späteren Nachmittag in der dunklen Juniorsuite hausen müssen und das für € 462.00 pro Nacht. Wirklich ärgerlich: So wurde uns verunmöglicht, ein Teil des von uns gebuchten und bezahlten Zimmers inkl. Aussenbereich zu benützen. Wir hatten als Gäste keinerlei Möglichkeiten, uns durchzusetzen. Ebenfalls ungewöhnlich: Beim Check-in mussten wir den gesamten Preis vorab bezahlen, obwohl wir bereits einen Vorschuss auf der Basis des Superiorzimmers geleistet hatten. Wir glauben nicht, dass wir dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen können.

Wir blieben vor kurzem hier eine Woche und fühlten uns, als hätten wir ein kleines Gemell entdeckt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da sie in der Nähe des Zentrums und des Strands ist. Unser Zimmer war sauber und cool und das Bett war großartig - wir schliefen so gut. Die Zimmer sind jeden Tag schön gereinigt. Das Frühstück war gut und bietet eine Menge Wahl und das gesamte Personal (Frühstück, Rezeption und Reinigung) war absolut erstaunlich - so hilfreich. Wir waren entschuldigt, zu verlassen und hoffentlich einen Tag zurück.

Ich empfehle 2000% dieses B&B von Francesco, charmanter Besitzer! Ich werde auf jeden Fall länger hier bleiben, denn die Gegend ist wirklich wunderschön und das Essen ist großartig
