Top-Hotels mit Spa in Malevizi

Unser Aufenthalt für sieben Tage begann leider etwas turbulent. Als wir im Hotel ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, das unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Sharingpool mit Meerblick) auf ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool mit Meerblick aufgewertet wird. Was grundsätzlich positiv anzumerken ist. Als wir das Zimmer betreten haben mussten wir leider nach kurzer Zeit festestellen, dass sich das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand befindet und garnicht gut gesäubert wurde. Als wir unseren Unmut beim Hotelpersonal geäußert haben, wurde unser Anliegen sofort sehr ernst genommen. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt und der Pool des Hotelzimmers wurde von Sand und Schmutz befreit. Die Hotelzimmer wurden anschließend täglich sehr gut gereinigt und Abends kontrollierte eine Reinigungskraft zusätzlich die Zimmer auf ihre Sauberkeit. Wir wurden als ”Entschuldigung” an zwei Abenden in zwei der drei wirklich sehr guten a la carte Restaurants eingeladen und bekamen zusätzlich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals. Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt sehr sauber und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und offen für jegliche Kritik. Man merkt, das der Gast und dessen Wohlbefinden im Vordergrund stehen. Das Essen am Buffet ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Einen Besuch ist das Firnessstudio des Hotels wert auch wenn Sport im Urlaub nicht immer leicht fällt. Die Geräte sind neu und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Ich habe vorher noch kein Hotel besucht das an so vielen Stellen der Anlage einen so schönen Meerblick bietet. Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Erwaartungen alle erfüllt. Dabei ist der ausgezeichnete Service hervorzuheben.

Wir lieben diesey Hotel sehr :) die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit LifeGuard Dieses Jahr sind wir zum dritten Mal hier, weil wir genau wissen was wir hier bekommen: genau das was wir uns im Urlaub vorstellen! Die verschiedenen Restaurants haben alle eine fantastische Essens-Qualität und die beiden Bars eine riesen Auswahl an Getränken die qualitativ sehr gut sind.(All inclusive) Das Personal hat in den letzten Jahren nie großartig gewechselt und man erkennt sich immer wieder auch wenn ein Jahr dazwischen liegt. Ein besonders herzlicher Dank geht zu Chrisi an die Poolbar, die uns mit einem lächeln im Gesicht sofort wiedererkannt hat und die allerbesten Frappes zubereitet bzw. morgens schon in der Hand hat, wenn sie uns sieht ＜3 mit der man immer einen schnellen Plausch haben kann und soviel über die Arbeit und die Insel erfährt :) Kurzum: eine schöne, mittelgroße Hotelanlage, mit einem großen Entertainmentangebot, (Kinderclub, Abendprogram, Sport und Fitnessangebot.....) zentral auf der Insel direkt am Sandstrand gelegen die trotzdem etwas familiäres hat wo wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren und die Zeit im Pool, Meer oder bei Ausflügen genießen.

Stayed here the last week of August with my friends . This older small resort is situated just on the beach of Ammoudara. Yet it´s a very pleasant hotel. The amenities are not the newest, but the overall cleanliness is great and I haven´t noticed anything damaged there. The hotel garden is lovely. The food was great and the variety was also nice. They use tap for wine, beer, water and soft drinks, so there was never problem with waiting for waiter. You can find main restaurant and a buffet very close to the beach and pool. You will never stay hungry. There is also a bar in the main hall and close to the beach and pool. There is a tavern where you can book a dinner one time a week freely. You can use coffee machine on the beach bar. The rooms are simple, not really 4*, more likely 3*. However spacious enough and very clean. The mattresses are downy. There is a safe und flat TV in the room. The variety of TV channels is just ok. I saw a water slide close to the theater. And there is animation every day and evening. The beach is very close, just 5 minutes walk from the main building, enough sunbeds and parasols. It´s wavy sea you will find there and its quite windy, so no snorkeling or swimming is possible, just have some fun in the water. Many might not like it. But the island is to explore, as it is a beautiful island and the people are very kind, food is great. You can start wit Ammoudara, where you will find restaurants, shops etc. Take a bus (Nr.1) to Heraklion and back (Nr.6). Special thanks goes to all the great, kind and helpful staff. Many thanks

I was very impressed with my stay. My bungalow was well positioned for privacy while still open to enjoy the natural surroundings. I loved having my own little piece of heaven amid beautiful flowers & foliage. I even loved the walks I took to & from meals (a whole other wonderful). Walks long enough to appreciate the property but short enough whenever I was ready to escape back to heaven. The various rooms within the buildings reminded me of art found in magazines. The creative attention given to pleasing all five senses was apparent and I commend the resort staff for a job well done. The only regret that I have is more cultural than anything. I am saddened that it seemed difficult to make a connection with the local population. I am accustomed to meeting new people who offer a demeanor that invites others to want to learn about them & their community; their culture. However, that was Greece in general, NOT the resort. If anyplace offered the beauty & comfort to make a trip more than dreamed, it is Out of The Blue Resort & Spa.
