Obwohl die Hoteleinrichtungen etwas alt sind, sind die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, sie sind relativ groß und die Badezimmer sind groß. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist besonders reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl und einer eleganten Umgebung, für £ 11 pro Person. Der Service an der Rezeption war auch höflicher.

Auch nicht zu weit von Hyde Park/Marble Arch/Oxford Street entfernt. Zimmer renoviert seit ich hier zuletzt vor Pandemie war und es macht so ein anderes für sie. Super sauber, auch komfortable Betten und moderne Duschen / Badezimmer. Bar und italienisches Restaurant neben der Tür integrale zu Das Hotel (Carluccios). Kann ein Glas Wein nach dem Schließen in Ihr Zimmer nehmen, wenn Sie bei der Rezeption fragen (dank) (nicht sofort um das Hotel herum), aber wenn ich weg bin, um zu arbeiten, ist das kein Problem, da Carluccios gut genug ist. Auch wenn auf Urlaub, es ist eine kurze 15-minütige Taxifahrt nach Oxford Street. Wunderbare Frühstückswahl am Morgen auch in Carluccios, aber von der Hotelpersonal laufen. Alles, was Sie sich vorstellen könnten, würden Sie für Frühstück und einen großen Platz, um nicht zu köen für einen Tisch. Es scheint ein sicheres Abflussbereich (zwischen dem Hotel und Regent's Park). Und eine schöne alte Tinkirche auf dem Spaziergang von Maida Vale zum Hotel! USB-Ladepunkte in den (zumindest renovierten) Zimmern. Oh und im Sommer in heißen Tagen geben sie Ihnen kostenlose Eiscreme!

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes, ruhiges, grosszügiges und gut eingerichtetes Familienzimmer. Die Zimmergrösse war für vier Personen sehr gut, insbesondere für ein Hotel im Zentrum von London. Leider hat es mit dem ursprünglich gebuchten neu renovierten Zimmer nicht geklappt, da das Zimmer gemäss erhaltener Mitteilung kurzfristig aufgrund eines technischen Unterhaltsproblems nicht verfügbar war. Das schliesslich erhaltene Zimmer war aber trotzdem hervorragend und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekte Lage des Hotels direkt beim Piccadilly Circus und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Underground, Restaurants, Shopping, Theaterviertel, etc. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Restaurant Terrace, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragende Infrastruktur, sehr schöne Lobby. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten London Aufenthalt wieder im Hotel Le Méridien Piccadilly buchen.

Beste Lage, freundliches Personal und sauberes Bett. Aber die Aussicht ohne Nainjaango wurde auch in die Ecke des ersten Stocks der Fischerei gelegt, und als Baang wirklich in die Dusche kam, wurde er joggen und zerrissen. Chi-lin Dae Kushi-yeon ist der schlimmste der Hunden.

Ich habe die Americana für eine Geschäftsreise nach London reserviert. Als ich ankam, entdeckte ich, dass sie einen Fehler mit dem Zimmer gemacht hatten. Echt unglaublich Das bedeutete, dass etwas, das in einem 5-minütigen Telefonanruf gelöst hätte sein können, zu einer stornierten Buchung und einem Aufenthalt an einem anderen Ort führte. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, Vermeiden Sie die Kosten, bis sie ihre Mitarbeiter ändern.

Disappointed with our stay here, which was supposed to be a Valentine’s getaway. We were given a room in another building over the road in a basement. It was very dark and dingy with no view and a constant generator noise. We were told there were no other rooms available. It was also very cold in the basement and we called reception who came over and told us to give it time to heat up. After about an hour it was still cold so they gave us a fan heater. I think it’s reasonable to expect them to heat up the room prior to guests arriving if they know it’s colder in the basement. I’d just come out of hospital the day before and this was supposed to be a treat. The room was tiny too and the TV is situated on a wall where it can only be seen on one side of the bed. The building is nice to look at and the bathroom was a decent size but overall disappointed.

The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apartment with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apartment. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apartment phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apartment of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apartment , completely back to its sh
