Die besten Hotels in La Garde-Freinet, Frankreich

Wir verbrachten eine Woche, um die Region zu erkunden und zwei Nächte bei der U.P. zu verbringen. Obwohl wir eine Wohnung wegen fehlender Verfügbarkeit auf der Website eines anderen Zimmertyps reserviert haben wir fragten, ob wir aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit in ein Zimmer näher an den Boden verlagert werden würden, aber sie scheinen nicht, eine Unterkunft für uns zu machen, obwohl Die Wohnungen auf der Erdgeschossseite waren auf unserer zweiten Nacht verfügbar. Wir wurden versprochen, eine kostenlose Flasche Wein bei der Ankunft, die sich als eine halbe Flasche erwies, mehrere Menüartikel waren nie verfügbar und wenn Sie hier bleiben, gibt es wirklich nichts anderes zu gehen - die Fahrt nach La Gard Freinet ist auf einem sehr engen, windenden, Unlit Straße so sind Entfernungen enttäuschend. Desserts waren überhaupt nicht gut - er war die schlimmste tiramisu, die ich je hatte. Sie bekommen ihr Brot und Käse aus dem Schwesterbesitz St Roux - vielleicht sollten sie auch ihre Desserts von dort. Musikspiele sind an diesem Ort nicht haltbar, was nicht genau zu Entspannung führt, auch in nassen, kalten und windigen Wetter sie alle auf der Terrasse unter Kunststoff statt in dem Restaurant sitzen. Was die Wohnung anbelangt, war sie massiv, aber das Bett war nicht, die Beleuchtung war schlecht und schwer zu bedienen, die Dusche und der Tauch nicht drennten und der Extraktor nicht funktionierte, die Seifeflaschen nicht verteilt, es gab schwarze Mütze auf den Duschefliesen, Der kleine TV war schrecklich platziert, nur ein Kaffeeboot pro Person pro Tag, und am zweiten Tag trotz der Ankunft zum Frühstück um 9:00am (Service Ends um 10:30) gab es kaum etwas übrig. Die Mitarbeiter des Geschäftes wussten nichts über das, was dort war, Weingeschmack überpreist (und scheinbar nicht vorhanden), und der Eigenwein des Eigentums war teurer bei UP als bei Restaurants im Bereich. Ich verstehe, dass es wahrscheinlich schwierig ist, Personal aufgrund der Entfernung des Gebäudes zu bekommen (Ich sah einige auftauchen um 5 Uhr), aber wenn und bis sie diese Fragen behandeln, kann ich nicht mehr als 3 Sterne an den Platz geben, so ansonsten attraktiv es ist.

Hotel in der Nähe des Arcs Station auf Argens (300m) Parkplatz vor dem Hotel oder in der Nähe Sehr sauberer Toiletteraum und Toilette Wenn ich noch brauche, werde ich in dieses Hotel gehen

Wir haben 12 Nächte dort verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement war für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die angeschlossene Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Esstisch runden das Erlebnis ab. Das Restaurant bietet jeden Abend ein All-Inclusive-Buffet mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl und Qualität. Inklusive sind auch alkoholfreie Getränke und Weine. Nach einem 10-minütigen Fußweg erreicht man einen ganz wunderbaren Strand und in weiteren 10 Minuten das charmante Städtchen Port Grimaud. Dort gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Das Hotelteam ist überaus freundlich! Passt! Wie kommen wieder!

Leider absolut unzumutbar! Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel und hatten uns täglich beschweren müssen. Angefangen hat es mit: Ameisen welche vom ersten Tag an im Zimmer waren. Als wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet haben und die Rezeptionistin dies mit ihrer Vorgesetzten abgesprochen hatte war (1 Tag später!) die einzige Rückmeldung: Ja, wir haben hier leider Ameisen…..wir können nicht wirklich etwas machen. Ausser mit einem Spray die Ameisen zu töten welche bereits im Zimmer sind. Nichts aber was andere Ameisen daran hindert herein zu kommen! (siehe Bilder!) Katastrophaler Zustand des Zimmers eine Badezimmer Türe welche sich nicht Schließen lässt und komplett aus den Scharnieren gerissen ist. Die Türe sah so aus als ob sie eingetreten wurde! Scharnier und Schloss waren ausgerissen und die Türe komplett verzogen! (siehe Bilder!) Meines Erachtens ist es komplett unzumutbar ein Zimmer zu vergeben bei welchem man die Badezimmer Türe nicht einmal schließen kann! Als wir dies gemeldet haben wurde uns sogar vorgeworfen dass wir die Türe beschädigt haben. Uns wurde gesagt: „Ja wir wissen dass die Türe etwas streng zugeht, jedoch konnte man sie noch Schließen bevor Sie das Zimmer bezogen haben.“ Ich glaube eine Türe auf und zu machen ist nicht eine all zu grosse Herausforderung, geschweige dass man sie so extrem beschädigen kann beim öffnen oder schliessen! Frechheit! In der Dusche und rund um das Lavabo kamen schwarze Kunststofffäden aus der Wand! Sieht extrem abstoßend aus da es wie haare aussieht. Sehr abstoßend verarbeitet! (siehe Bilder!) Wie kann man einem Gast so ein Zimmer anbieten!? Am dritten tag wurde uns von einer anderen „Rezeptionistin“ oder Vorgesetzten mitgeteilt, dass sie uns immer noch kein anderes Zimmer geben könnten, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Als ich ihr mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich für ein Zimmer in einem solchen miserablen Zustand nicht bereit bin den vollen Preis zu bezahlen, war ihre Antwort: „Sie haben das Zimmer online gebucht und es sei aus diesem Grund nicht möglich einen Rabatt oder eine Rückvergütung vorzunehmen“. (Obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nichts abgebucht wurde!) Sie würde sich jedoch mit dem Manager in Verbindung setzen. Als ein Tag später endlich der Tag der Abreise kam, dachte ich, ich wäre im falschen Film. Wir wurden praktisch komplett ignoriert so als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Die Dame welche uns gesagt hat sie würde unsere Beschwerden mit ihrem Manager anschauen, hat uns weder; - eine Rückmeldung gegeben was sie besprochen haben - noch irgendetwas dazu gefragt - natürlich auch keinen Rabatt angeboten für diesen horrenden Aufenthalt - und nicht einmal entschuldigt für das was passiert ist! Ich kann nur empfehlen von dem Hotel fern zu bleiben! Abgesehen von den Zimmern ist auch das Personal überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend oder hilfreich!

Das Hotel liegt super zur Fußgängerzone, zum Strand und direkt gegenüber gibt es ein Parkhaus. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Meerblick und einem schönes Bad. Schön, dass es einen Pool gibt. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle wirklich sehr freundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

This hotel was nothing short of amazing! First Anne-Catherine and Laurent were both so nice and helpful and really made us feel welcomed. I’m addition, we received great recommendations for where to eat and what to do. The hotel is small and is located in the Port which does not allow cars. They did a great job of giving directions prior to arrival on what to do. If you are coming by car, they have 3 spaces at the hotel for €25 a day but these are subject to availability. If those are full or you want something cheaper, they will give you information on the parking they provide outside of the port. We were given a choice of rooms as it was off season but honestly I don’t think there is a bad room in the place. The ones we saw and the one we ended up staying in were both modern and fairly good sized and all had unique views. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast but it looked fantastic with a variety of fruit, pastry and omelette options in addition to coffee. The Wi-Fi worked well and they also provided us with beach towels so we could take advantage of the beach. If I ever come back to Port Grimaud I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I was looking for a beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel away from the August crowds but close enough to visit a lot of the interesting touristic spots on the Cote d'Azur. Hotel Le Verger Maelvi delivered well beyond our expectations. It is a heaven of peace set in beautifully landscaped gardens on 15 minutes from all the main attractions. The pool is fabulous. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and Zen. It is owned and run by a delightful family. Anja, her husband and Maxime could not do more to make sure their guests are happy at all times. Maxime, their son is literally spending all day working to meet all theirs guests' wishes and wants, always smiling and kind . The food they provide is incredibly fresh and well presented. The rooms themselves are lovely, all individually furnished and decorated. The bathrooms are simply stunning. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into every single detail about this hotel: the decoration, the gardens, the furniture, the atmosphere created, the food etc. I really could not find a single thing I thought could be improved. Thank you all at the Verger Maelvi for a wonderful and unforgettable holiday. My mother, my husband and I can't wait to come back. Karin B
