Average plus for the price. Quite expensive for the country but in the norms of hotel prices in Kasane.

Took a gamble booking, I was surprised how great it was ! Looks like new management and great value and very helpful staff and amazing Safari and Boat Cruise experience..for the price excellent value!

I would just suggest to potential guests to confirm with hotel about if the restaurant was indeed open (for all meals), do they have a menu now (they didnt when we were there ??), ask for information on tour company they use (it was good but they couldn't even tell us the name. There is no printed info in reception area about tours, what other dining options are in the area when their restaurant was closed. No emergency numbers). Rooms were nice.
Pool area had dirty tables that we had to ask for a cloth for.
I did send a note to manager after we stayed. No reply. I think there is good potential here...with having staff better trained .

O hotel oferece piscina mas esta é apenas para ver, não é permitido nadar. Restaurante com refeição limitada com apenas duas refeições vegetarianas e o cardápio limitado para refeição comum é o mesmo no almoço e no jantar. Os passeios no rio ocorrem sempre no mesmo horário e quando retornamos do passeio os funcionários estavam aflitos para que definíssemos nosso jantar para a cozinha fechar. O bar fecha as 18h e o funcionário não sabe informar o valor da cerveja . O jantar foi servido no meu quarto onde nem mesa tem.
