Chambre spacieuse, confortable, parfaitement adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, literie irréprochable, petit déjeuner servi dans une grande salle à la décoration subtile, produits frais et délicieux, sans oublier le personnel très dévoué et à l'écoute. En été, une piscine et une terrasse doivent rajouter au charme indéniable de cet hôtel parfait en tous points. Je le recommande vivement !!

Was für eine Enttäuschung! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, mit Bergdekor ... für einen modischen Betrag von 130 €! Nach unserer Ankunft um 18.30 Uhr holen wir den Schlüssel unseres Zimmers zurück und zu unserer großen Überraschung war das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet! Ich gehe wieder ins Haus, damit die Person das notwendige tut und sie sagt mir, sie ist allein und kann nichts tun und sie hat keine andere Familienzimmer! Sie schlägt uns vor, zwei weitere separate Zimmer zurückzuholen. Ich bitte Sie, die 2 Zimmer nebeneinander mit einer Kommunikationstür zu sein, aber das ist nicht möglich! Sie schlägt uns vor, 2 weitere Zimmer an der Seite wiederherzustellen und die Zimmertüren mit einem Korridor zwischen den 2 zu lassen!!!! Wir haben alle in einem Zimmer mit einem unserer Kinder geschlafen, wir, die alle 4 übernachten dachte! Wenn die Zimmer, die wir hatten, die Tapeten starten, es gibt Moss auf den Wänden , Die Bodenspitzen sind schmutzig, die Dusche mit der Hälfte gebrochen .... Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist es eine Schande !! Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind klein, nur zehn Plätze, unverschlossene Parkplätze, Keine Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderungen! Hotel ohne Aufzug, Hotel, das einige Renovierungen verdient! Für uns wird das unser erstes und letztes Erlebnis! Flucht!

Schöne Überraschung für einen Übernachtungspassage in diesem Ferienwohnung am See von Serre-Ponçon. Am Ende einer Bahnsteige, das Paradies in der Reichweite aller. Richtiges Bett, Aussicht auf das sublime Zimmer. Das Buffet-Mahlzeiten ist in Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausreichend und verhindert, dass Sie den Weg zurück gehen, um zu essen. Überraschung, dass Sie zu Ende ,Ihre Programmierung von Künstlern im Bar-Salon Abendessen, die es ermöglicht, um ein cocktail am Preis sehr erschwinglich. Anschrift zu beachten, um länger zurückzukehren.

Keine Klimaanlage (sehr häufig besonders für Bergbau) sehr gepflegte Ausstattung und Aussehen, aber ein kleines Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge... war sehr warm und ich schlief mit dem offenen Fenster: natürlich, in diesem Fall, Die Lärme der Stadt fühlen sich alle. Professionelle und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstück.

The best way to describe this hotel is that it is modern, clean, about the standard of a Travel Inn in the UK but just too small for the number of guests. Rooms small, bathroom is good but separate toilet is much too small. One good feature is that the bed was large and comfy. Bar area is virtually non existent (few chairs around the reception). Restaurant is too small and at busy times you may have to wait for a table, but the food is Ok, esp the starters/salad and deserts (but allow 5/10 minutes on a morning to queue for coffee/tea as the machines are dreadfully slow). One very good feature is that if you are not going to be in for lunch then you can make a 'pack-out' to take with you - they even provide containers to put it in. Wine for dinner is on tap and is OK. The so called spa area is too small, the pool is about 12ft X 20ft and the small sauna has to be booked well in advance (and that is the extent of the spa!). If you like coffee/tea in your room then take your own and your own kettle as the 'thing' in the room is virtually useless. There is a fridge in the room which is good, esp for keeping milk as milk is not a feature in their tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel is a 5 min walk to gondola and it is well worth leaving your ski kit at a shop by gondola for 2 euros a day. The ski storage in the hotel is Ok - a separate room on each floor for this. The first impressions of the town is that there is not much to see but if you explore up the hill you will find an amazing historic old town. A regular bus (about every 15 mins) runs along the valley linking all of the ski areas (2 euros per trip or 3 euro for a day pass). It can be caught across the road from the gondola.
