Pinnacle Boracay

Das Leben in diesem Hotel fühlt sich an, als würde man gedemütigt und den Chinesen das schlechteste Zimmer geben. Ich hatte ein Balkonzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, aber das Ergebnis war, dass im ersten Stock überhaupt kein Licht war, als wäre es ein Zimmer im Keller, und es war sehr feucht, als ich es betrat. Ich bat darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es zusätzliche 600 Yuan waren, die Ctrip immer noch gab, um den Service von Ctrip zu würdigen, damit Touristen, die weit weg vom Land sind, ein wenig Wärme spüren . Nur die Kellner im Hotel haben eine gute Einstellung, schließlich sind sie Teilzeitkräfte. Das Eiswürfelgesicht an der Rezeption fühlt sich an, als wäre es Millionen schuldig. Das Zimmer, das ich gegen Aufpreis bekommen habe, war nicht sehr gut, die Vorderseite des Balkons und der Meerblick wurden vom vorderen Hotel mehr als zur Hälfte blockiert. Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche, das Wasser verteilt sich und es ist schwierig, auf die Toilette zu gehen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass ein solches Hotel nicht jedem empfohlen werden sollte, es ist eine offensichtliche Demütigung der Chinesen.

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of sea****. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

房間排列挺憋屈 雖然有個陽台 出去就跟對面房間面面相覷 廁所排水確實有問題 洗個澡全房間都濕漉漉的 除了跟lind 公用一個海灘 其他都沒什麼好的 沒有吹風機 酒店shuttle 去Dmall 的衹到五點 也沒有提前通知 然後司機經常出去了 然後就讓你自己打車 去的時候客人太少了。 根本沒有自助早餐 早餐很難吃 懷疑是人少 大廚直接下班了 讓學徒隨便做做的

挺好的酒店，服務啥的都不錯。

Had a chance to visit Pinnacle and dine at Charlie's restaurant. My favorite is their filipino style spaghetti and panini. The first time i had lunch and ordered Sinigang na Baboy last October 12,2023, it was superb and thanks to the Chef Rusty, you made it feel like home. I always come here with my spare time and make friends with the staff. Thank you to RJIE and the rest of the F&B team for accommodating us nicely when we dine. Ms Little who I bumped with, who take care breakfast is very lovely and sweet. To Ms Joy and Ms Edz for being welcoming every time had a chance to meet us at the lobby. To Jane for accommodating my reservation and Sir Ralph for helping out when i was looking for a room. Thank you Pinnacle for the experience. Will definitely comeback :)

Serene resort with impeccable maintenance. Courteous staff. Food is delicious at reasonable prices. Good access to the beach. Service for outside dining is provided, including drop-off and fetching with just one call. Pumpkin soup is a must-try.

We spent 2 nights at the Pinnacle before we moved onto our wedding venue, The Lind. We chose to stay here as it is directly behind The Lind. We paid for a private transfer which could have ran a bit more smoothly. We had been provided with clear instructions of where we needed to go. However, we were approached by a man (not in any kind of Pinnacle uniform) who took our passports and told us to stay put whilst he disappeared for a short while in a very busy and crowded area of the airport. Once we were on the transfer van, it was absolutely fine. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff but unfortunately no welcome drinks as specified in our booking confirmation. The pool area is lovely and easy access to White Beach via the stairs at the side of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, I do think there could be a few more options available, especially when it came to drinks. We booked a Superior Room which was spacious and clean and absolutely perfect for our short stay. We had no view of anything though as all windows were frosted. Great value for money for the location!
