What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Thank you once again for doing your utmost and showing attention to care in all areas and that was evident even before we arrived.

We had a pleasant stay at InterContinental Sapporo by IHG. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Das Hotel war etwa 10 Gehminuten vom JR-Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt. Durch die zentrale Lage nahe mehrerer Touristenattraktionen fühlte es sich wie ein Basislager an. Wenn Sie jedoch mit älteren Familienmitgliedern reisen, müssen Sie wahrscheinlich viel laufen, daher sollten Sie dies berücksichtigen. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und komfortabel, aber vor dem westlichen Restaurant im zweiten Stock musste man beim Frühstück immer anstehen, um den Andrang zu verringern, was etwas unpraktisch war. Obwohl es auch ein japanisches Restaurant im Untergeschoss gab, bevorzugten die meisten Leute das westliche Essen vom Buffet, und ich war einer von ihnen. Was den Service angeht, waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, sodass ich sehr zufrieden war. Übrigens war der Souvenirladen im zweiten Stock fantastisch. Die meisten Geschenke waren steuerfrei erhältlich.

5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Essen und Geschäften und U-Bahn, neben dem Hotel ist Lawson bequem Geschäft. Personal effizient und bietet schnelle Service. Ich finde die Nebenwirkung ist, dass Sie nur in der Badewanne duschen können, die für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen ungünstig ist, und Sie können im Hotellobby essen und trinken so cabt kühl in der Lobby mit Familien, und es gibt keine Typ C Ladegerät, so müssen Sie den Reiseadapter verwenden. Wasserdispenser ist nicht in der Lobby und nicht auf jedem Stock verfügbar, Sie müssen einen bestimmten Stock füllen, um Wasser zu füllen und nur kaltes Wasser ist verfügbar (kein warmes Wasser). Auch Matratzen sind hart.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr bequeme Lage, mit einfachen Zugang zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und erhielten im gesamten Aufenthalt einen guten Service. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr groß, aber es war noch akzeptabel und komfortabel genug für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war jedoch etwas enttäuschend, da die Variante und die Gesamtqualität nicht besonders beeindruckend waren. Insgesamt ist es immer noch eine gute Option für Reisende, die vorrangig Standort und Komfort haben.

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful team at the hotel for making my stay truly exceptional. The breakfast was delicious every morning, the room service was excellent — truly among the best I’ve experienced — and the laundry service was very convenient. The hotel’s location also made it easy to walk to nearby sightseeing spots, which added even more enjoyment to my trip. My sincere thanks to 大高, who showed exceptional patience and kindness while helping me book the bus to 登別溫泉. She even went the extra mile to contact another hotel and arrange a pickup for me on May 3rd. Her thoughtful support made my journey much smoother. I am also very thankful to 陳家仁, who provided clear and helpful advice on how to take the bus. His guidance and willingness to assist gave me great confidence during my travels. Additionally, I want to give special appreciation to 神永, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding. He clearly enjoys his role, and his support with the shuttle bus departure was both efficient and reassuring. My heartfelt thanks also go to Assistant Manager Hayashi Shuko, who demonstrated excellent leadership and warm hospitality throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism added greatly to the overall experience. I would also like to acknowledge Bell Antony and the entire bell team for their well organized arrangements for guests taking the free shuttle bus. Their coordination was smooth, thoughtful, and very helpful. To all of them — and to the entire hotel team — thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You made my stay memorable, comfortable, and full of positive experiences. I am truly grateful.

I had been here before covid and I fondly recalled how helpful, friendly and caring the team members were. Hence, I decided to return again. Pros- Ample Parking , Proximity to station Nakajima Koen, park. And if you don't mind taking a 10-15 mins quick walk can reach susukino stn as well. Housekeeping is good and clean. Some of the front desk staff speaks English and are always trying their best to assist. These staff deserves commendation. ( Couldn't get their names as the badge is in nihongo) The afternoon and night shifts male team is fantastic and patient. The furnishing in the room could help with some modern changes.. it's looking rustic now. My favourite part is the level 4 laundry room where it is so important to us to have clean and dry clothing. The restaurants in the hotel standard seems to have declined. The Unagi one is average , the farm to table is lacking in traffic and it's not the same as in 2018/2019. Maybe the kitchen team had left or something happened to the ingredients used. But no issue as there are so much more to have and try in Sapporo city! Would return again if we are ever going to Sapporo. The service attitude received is welcoming and warm.
