Courrier à la Direction : Madame, Veuillez prendre note de mon retour d’expérience au regard de mon séjour passé dans votre établissement. Les faits : J’ai loué une chambre double du 05 au 06 mai. A mon arrivée dans la chambre 103 en milieu d’après midi, je constate en tirant les voilages que les fenêtres n’ont pas été nettoyées à l’extérieur depuis un certain temps, le garde-corps est dans le même état, on oserait pas y poser ses mains. Les toiles d’araignées ont déjà élues domicile dans les coins. On s’étonne de ne pas y trouver des pigeons nicher sur le rebord des fenêtres … Je ne parle même pas de l’état de propreté de la fenêtre de la salle bain.. Je manifeste mon mécontentement auprès de la réception où officient 3 agents, visiblement loin d’être concernés par ma plainte. Je précise que si je n’observais pas une amélioration de la situation le lendemain, je quitterai les lieux pour un autre établissement. En regagnant confiant ma chambre le lendemain en début de soirée, la situation ne s’est toujours pas améliorée: les fenêtres sont toujours aussi sales, le ménage sommairement effectué dans la salle de bain (le miroir de courtoisie encore taché de dentifrice), deux coupelles vides avec cloches ne sont pas débarrassées…Je ne parle même pas de l’état des plinthes chargées de poussière au niveau de la tête de lit, et des miettes du kouign amann du petit déjeuner qui jonchent encore le sol ... Pressé par un RDV, je redescends au niveau de la réception et m’assois temporairement dans un fauteuil du bar. Votre réceptionniste, qui travaillait aussi la veille, me demande si je souhaite consommer quelque chose. Je décline et demande en revanche l’adresse du manager général de l’établissement. Je reçois une carte de visite avec le nom du responsable et modifie moi-même son adresse e-mail qui n’était pas correcte sur le carton. Avec ce genre de comportement, je comprends très vite qu’il y a soit une amnésie du personnel, soit une volonté manifeste de s’asseoir sur les souhaits et problèmes des clients. Dans la nuit du 06 au 07, je suis brutalement réveillé vers 4h du matin par une très violente rixe entre deux hommes qui a lieu sous mes fenêtres et qui dure plus de 15 minutes. L’environnement de votre établissement est déjà un problème et la qualité de l’insonorisation de vos fenêtres côté rue n’apaise certainement pas la situation. Quand à la mauvaise qualité du sommeil, elle atteint son paroxysme dans ce genre d’événement…. Je me rendors difficilement vers 6h du matin puis je suis dérangé à 10h par l’entrée brutale de la femme de ménage dans ma chambre.
