Sehr gutes Hotel für eine Exekutive Reise. Gute Lage sehr nahe der schönen Avenida Escazu. Es gibt nicht viele Einrichtungen im Hotel, aber es ist sehr sauber, die Leute sind sehr nett. Das Essen ist ”Erstaunlich”, es verdient eigentlich ein 4-5 Star Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in großer Notwendigkeit neuer Teppich und einige Dekoration, aber sie sind sauber, und das Bett ist komfortabel. Es ist eine sehr gute Option für ein teures Hotel, sauber, mit sehr guter Nahrung in einer schönen Lage.

Sie hatten bis zum letzten Besuch eine der besten Frühstücksbuffets in San Jose. Sie hatten nicht die Schweineverbindungen, die sie in der Vergangenheit hatten, sondern hatten vielmehr eine Art glorifizierten heißen Hunde, die schrecklich waren. Die geschroteten Eier waren laufend und wasserig, frisch war gut, aber Sie müssen warten. Kein Bacon und nur kalter Delhi-Stil-Ham. Sie scheinen auch ein ziemlich anständiges Bananenbrett zu verlassen. Das klingt vielleicht trivial, aber für uns war es sehr wichtig. Wir werden es noch einmal auf unsere nächste Reise nehmen, aber wenn die Situation die gleiche ist, werden wir ein anderes Hotel suchen. Die Zimmer waren immer ausreichend, aber das Frühstück war das, was es für uns gemacht hat.

Wir haben seit Jahren in Casa Lima verblieben. Die Lage ist großartig, da es zu Fuß zum Haus unserer Familie entfernt ist. Aber dieser Aufenthalt war nicht angenehm. Wir haben in 2 Zimmer Familiensuite geblieben, die wir in diesem Zimmertyp geblieben haben (aber ein anderes Zimmer erhalten). Es gab überall in den 2 Zimmern Kobe. Ich rede große, drehende Kobe in allen Ecken, es war schmutzig. Diese hätten leicht mit einem Broom entfernt werden können. Das Zimmer fühlte sich nicht sauber und unser jüngeres war nicht komfortabel. Wir waren spät in der Nacht angekommen und hatten das ganze Jahr mit dem Hotel kommuniziert. Es schien nicht so, als wären sie für uns bereit, der Besitzer/Manager war grumpig und erscheint irritiert, als wir um etwas Wasser baten. Das Hauptzimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und eine Ausgeschichtete Sofa. Das Bett war komfortabel, das Sofa war nicht. Es gab einen Schrank, um Ihre Sachen zu platzieren. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Das angrenzende Zimmer, hatte drei Zwillingsbetten, keine Fenster. Es gab nichts, keine Schranke, kein Schrank, nicht einmal Platz für eine Tasche. Die angrenzende Tür schloss nicht, es sei denn, Sie deboldten es, nicht zu komfortable für eine Familie mit jungen Kindern. Die Badtür im Zwillingraum schloss überhaupt nicht, es würde sich öffnen, und die meisten sicherlich nicht geschlossen. Das Fernsehen in diesem Raum funktionierte auch nicht. Wir berichteten, dass der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert, aber sie haben nichts darüber getan. Der Hof ist wie immer erstaunlich. Es ist wie ein Dschungel in der Mitte der Stadt mit einer Tonne von Pflanzen, Bäumen, Blumen und farbigen Felsen. Es gibt einen Coi-Taschen mit ein paar Schildkröten und Sie können sie füttern, wenn Sie etwas Essen beantragen. Es gibt auch eine große Hütte mit einer Menge Vögel, die der Atmosphäre hinzukommt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Die Server sind wunderschön. Ich fühle mich, als hätten die letzten 3 Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel erheblich untergefahren. Ich fühle mich auch, als ob der Preis viel höher war als wir in der Vergangenheit gezahlt. Wir werden in Zukunft auf der Suche nach einem anderen zu Hotel gehen.

酒店不錯，各方面設施都較好，中規中矩的哪種好，但是沒什麼特點，價格算是比較貴，哥斯達黎加似乎物價都偏貴。

The staff are so attentive and kind and friendly. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. The maid was top notch. She left our room spotless with extra towels, soap, lotion and waters ever day we were there. The service at the reception desk, restaurant, bar, valet, bellhop etc. were so professional and welcomed us with a smile no matter the time or request. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding. We got to breakfast late our first morning (we thought it ended at 11 but it was 10) and they welcomed us in, left all the food out for us to fix plates, brought us a huge plate of delicious fruit and let us sit until we were ready to leave. Sheila was an absolute delight and welcomed us every morning with a big smile and a kind word. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the San Jose area. Oh…the view on the mountain side is spectacular!
