Very comfortable stay in well appointed apartment with excellent facilities. Overall stay was great. The area is still being built up so there’s a lot of construction and lacked some infrastructure like cafes and coffee shops in the immediate area but this will happen eventually.

Construction all around the hotel, no front desk, code to access is late and hard to get into, can’t handle packages from Amazon, noisy neighbours, you can hear all the footsteps. Pending early access but never approved so I couldn’t get in til 4pm

The apartment itself was great , the surrounding area is less than satisfactory. The trains that are so close and going at all hours is a tough sell… the property is clean , but surrounding area has a lot of construction going on as well as the noise of the trains . Location to Cole’s field is great , wouldn’t really walk the are with kids .

Parking was a pain. I paid for two nights for covered parking but there was only room the first night. Otherwise, I lived the room and being able to have a full kitchen.

The maximum stay is for six people. The living room sitting area or dining table, does not fit six people. The sidewalks and roads are not snow plowed and it’s difficult to enter the property. There is not easy access to the trash dumpsters. Overall, it’s a comfy place to fit for four people.

The apartment complex is similar to what most new/modern apartments are like. Good community features, sitting areas, business center, gym, etc. The 1-bedroom unit with a kitchen is quite comfortable for 1-2 people.
Walls are thin, so you might want to use the complimentary ear plugs that Kasa provides.
Kitchen is minimally equipped, so don't count on a lot of gadgets.
The RiNo district is exploding with numerous new apartments being built. This makes Kasa RiNo a bit isolated (still walkable from downtown) since new connecting streets are not yet complete. I imagine the entire area will look very different in 6 months.
Overall, this is a good and reasonable short term option.

My boyfriend and I booked at staycation at the KasaRino aparthotel the last weekend in January 2024 and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to interact with anyone during the check in and out process and that the building was very secure. The beds were comfortable and firm with memory foam top and the space was very clean.
Everything was to our liking. We would recommend KasaRino to our friends and family and would definitely stay again.
