Meine Familie und ich haben in den letzten zehn Jahren mehrmals im Hilton Columbia Center jährlich geblieben. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Veranstaltungen in USC und viele gute Mahlzeiten in Spazierweiterung. Auf einem früheren Aufenthalt hatten wir eine bedauerliche Erfahrung mit einem Vorderbüro Mitarbeiter, die schnell richtig gemacht wurde von der Management, die sehr geschätzt wurde. Unser letzter Aufenthalt am 10. September war das Hotel und die umliegenden Unternehmen sehr besetzt mit einem aktiven Wochenende von Veranstaltungen in Kolumbien. Zwei Gebiete des Hilton, die während unseres Aufenthalts sehr beeindruckt waren. Der Repräsentant Eric war sehr hilfreich, Kundenfokussiert und ein erster Klasse-Repräsentant dieses Hilton Hotel. Zweitens schien der dienstliche Dienst kurz besetzt zu sein, als wir angemeldet wurden, aber sie waren und waren immer einer der besten bei der Handhabung von Autos und waren auf den Service konzentriert. Insgesamt war ein sehr gutes Hotel und die Mitarbeiter und Dienstleistungen, die wir in Kontakt kamen, nicht enttäuscht.

Best around!! Und das Essen war großartig. Die Küchen sind sehr nett und freundlich auch das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten und mehr.

Ein großes Ersatz für ein schlechtes Hotel auf der Straße. Ich hatte eine Buchung am Fairfied auf Blarney. Ich kam zu einer lauten und röhlichen Versammlung im Parkplatz. Ich habe sofort Marriott angerufen und dieses Hotel reserviert. Dieses Eigentum wurde relativ kürzlich reserviert. Das Personal war höflich und reaktiv. Ich war erstaunt von Kaffee im Lounge verfügbar. Es war so gut wie frisches Kaffee in einem Starbucks-Geschäft. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Ein großer Aufenthalt nach einer schlechten Erfahrung. Das Immobilien hatte das Gefühl, ein viel preiswertes Hotel.

My daughter and I visited UofSC for a college tour on a very busy weekend in COLA, so accommodations were very limited. I hesitantly booked the Sheraton after reading several poor reviews and rude responses from management. After some research and confirmation on site, I learned that this hotel has a new, and very well liked General Manager as of Dec. 2022. It showed, and I highly recommend a stay at the “new and improved” Sheraton Columbia. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful (Hannah went above and beyond), charmingly old rooms were fresh and very clean, our request for a quiet room (14th floor) was met without hesitation, the location was perfect for walking all over the city and to campus (Uber for longer distance). It would be nice to upgrade offerings in Club Lounge (decent food, wine/beer), but disregard former reviews and give this hotel a fresh start!
