Wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be so good either; the bar food was beyond great

Wish the pool was heated and the food menu had more choices but was a fun time. Staff were friendly

I was disappointed in my room. There was mildew on my shower curtain, black hair on the bathroom floor, and the tub drain slowly drained the water out.

Room was not cleaned well. Sugar all over kitchen counter and long hairs all over floor. Toilet did not flush well

My stay was ok. I had to call to the desk as the bathroom had no faucet and the door did not close properly. Breakfast was fair, not great

The room was dirty. I was supposed to check in at 3 o’clock. I didn’t check into my room till about 3:30 4 o’clock the reason because it’s because the room was not vacant ready. Their room was rushed at the bathroom was dirty. The tub was dirty. I called downstairs the front desk and it took them almost 2 hours to bring me new sheets. This was very heartbreaking to see because I’m not from South Carolina. I’m from Washington DC and I was looking for the southern hospitality. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was told that the manager is not available he or she went home for the day. I will never seen this Hotel again.

Having two separate properties in one building caused confusion re breakfast and check-in/check-out

Our room was not cleaned/no fresh towels after our first two nights but when we advised the housekeeper, she was very quick to give us new towels and empty our garbages.

I could not check into my room until 7:30pm. No rooms were ready and I had to sit in the lobby and wait until after 7:30pm to check in. The rooms were not clean. I stayed 3 nights and never had room service come at all. I had to go to them to get clean towels and wash cloths. There was never any staff at the front desk.
