How was the service? the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down. What about the facilities? the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested. Did you enjoy the food? dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.

everything is superb good about this hotel. even their food for breakfast is very nice and taste so good. their staff is helpful, management is smooth. thanks premiere hotel for the good services 🌸

The sound prof is worst. I can hear people walking by and laughing at the hallway during midnight. I can even hear the person who staying next door opening the door. I requested for one bed but They combined two bed into one bed. The room also looks a bit old. However, the hotel is quite clean so I still manage to sleep. They will provide toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo and towel. There is also a lot of parking.

Location okay..privacy.. bilik bersih...TAPIII.. very bad service pada waktu malam...penjaga hotel tido setidonye ... Pintu hotel terkunci... Xleh masuk..so aq duk lua slama 2 jam lbih...last2..customer lain yg tlong bukakkan... Pnjge kaunter mmg tdo trus ..

Hotel ohne Aufzug. Es gibt gute lokale Restaurants rund um die Stadt, aber wenn Sie nicht wie lokales Essen mögen, gibt es eine 7-Eleven nur eine 2-minute Spaziergang. Die Dusche ist ein bisschen ein Problem. Es gibt nur Wassersaft in der Dusche, so bringen Sie Ihren eigenen Zahnbürste oder Shampoo.

The room is nice and warm. The kids enjoy the facilities, the swimming pool and the gym room too. During our swim, the swimming pool is not occupy, clean and kid enjoy very much. The gym room also well maintain too. The breakfast serving is varieties, the staff is also welcoming. We will sure come back for the breakaway.

Ich war hier eine Nacht, als ich eine Hochzeit in der Nähe besuchte. Da ich nicht viel für das Hotel erwartet hatte, war ich wirklich glücklich mit dem, was ich bekam. Ich habe das Familienzimmer reserviert und es war viel größer als erwartet. Es passt einfach und komfortabel 1 Queen Bett und 2 Einzelbetten. Es hatte auch Platz für eine Sofa mit Kaffeetisch und einen Spaziergang im Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer. Obwohl wir ein Problem mit dem Klimaanlage hatten. Das Front Desk schickte uns schnell jemanden, um uns zu helfen und wurde gelöst. Sauberkeit war ok. Hatte nichts Besonderes gesehen, um irgendwelche Unruhen zu verursachen. Eine anständige Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair deal
