The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. ”Who can be the least interested in helping guests” seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.

Amazing nice staff, comfy bed, lush hotel and pool, great rooms, helpful staff and great help and cleaners, had an amazing time and had the best stay. It’s central to a lot of places, beaches and restaurants as well as the lovely food in the hotel.

Wir waren diesen Monat zweimal im Hotel. Das erste Mal mit meinem Mann und wir waren im Flügel nur für Erwachsene und das zweite Mal jetzt 3 Tage mit unseren Babys. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend, unser Zimmer war Superior und war neu, sauber und geräumig. Die Pools sind groß, sehr praktisch für jemanden mit kleinen Babys und direkt nebenan ist der Strand des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Der einzige Nachteil für mich ist, dass wir einige Stunden lang keinen Parkplatz finden konnten, besonders wenn wir spät in der Nacht zurückkehrten. Ansonsten kann ich es sehr empfehlen und wir werden es wieder besuchen!

Eine Woche abschalten und dem Winter entkommen. Das hat im Nissi Beach Ressort hervorragend geklappt. In der Vorsaison ist wenig los, man hat die Gartenanlage und de Pool fast für sich alleine. Auch am Sandstrand mit türkisblauer Lagune ist noch wenig los. Am meisten hat mich der Service beeindruckt. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal das stets um die Gäste bemüht ist, egal ob Rezeption, Speisesaal, Poolbar, Terrasse oder Spa. Die meisten Angestellten sind schon viele Jahre im Nissi Beach Ressort beschäftigt, was im Hotelgewerbe nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch das es eine Futterstation für Katzen gibt, ist bemerkenswert. Man ist sogar behilflich wenn man einen der felinen Angestellten adoptieren möchte. Mein Fazit: ich komme wieder!

Tolles Hotel sehr sauber top Lage super freundliches personal und Jurgita an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und hat uns in allem weitergeholfen ob es ein Trip oder ein Mietwagen oder nur ein Restaurant sein soll war sie für uns immer da . We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! If your looking for an excellent adults only hotel to chillout and relax then Ayia Napa Suites are 2nd to none. Exceptional staff providing an outstanding hospitality experience from morning breakfast service right through to late night cocktails, this coupled with lovely spotlessly clean smart rooms and the best view in Ayia Napa will not be beaten for value for money. Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Das Hotel ist neu, modern und unspottbar sauber. Was fehlt ist der Kundenservice während des Aufenthalts. Es scheint die Regel zu sein: die Hotelverwaltung ist König, nicht der Kunde. 1. „Vorfall“: reserviert „Deluxe Sea View Room“ (siehe Bild). Das Meer sah ich nur, wenn ich auf dem Balkon stand und scharf links um die Ecke des Datenschutzes schaute. Erste Erklärung der Rezeption: Dies ist Meerblick. Nach weiterer Diskussion 15 Minuten wurde ein Meerblickraum erhalten. 2: Wir (3 Kollegen mit 3 Zimmern) haben 2 Kollegen eingeladen, die in einem anderen Hotel in unserem Poolbereich geblieben waren. Sie saßen auf unseren Sonnenbetten. Vielleicht 15 Minuten hatten wir ein viertes Sonnenbett. Das Poolbarpersonal kam sofort und sagte stolz: „Besuchern sind nicht erlaubt, Sie müssen jetzt gehen“! Diskussion mit Gastbeziehungsmanager Art fruchtlos. Sie erkennt nur an, dass das Personal uns lieber näher gekommen hätte sein müssen.
