Hotels in Jonker Street, Malakka

The hotel is nice overall — from the welcoming lobby, lovely corridors, to the spacious rooms. I booked a suite with a bathtub, and although there was a minor issue, the maintenance team fixed it quickly after I informed them. The check‑in and check‑out process was smooth and quick, which made the stay more convenient. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the pastries were a bit hard. However, I did notice a small cockroach coming out of the tissue box, which was unpleasant. The shower wasn’t very satisfying as it only had a handheld option without an overhead fixture. The iron could also be replaced, as it was difficult to use, leaked water, and there was no ironing board provided. Lastly, the balcony design felt unsafe for children.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay during my staycation last weekend. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the noise at night. Since the hotel is located right next to the main road, I could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Perhaps the hotel could consider installing thicker, soundproof windows to reduce the outside noise and improve guests' sleeping experience. Other than that, everything else was great. I would consider staying here again if the noise issue is improved.

Dies ist mein 4ter Aufenthalt in diesem Ort liebe die Lage und Reinigung des Ortes. Liebe das zwei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Toiletten. Erleichterung der Verwendung von Toiletten am Morgen

Tempat ni memang padu utk keluarga cantik bersih semua Kemudahan ada, lagi satu yg paling penting senang berusuran dgn owner jgn ragu² utk buat temapahan pasti best

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.

Everything that state on trip is correct. Clean, sea view, there mini pool table, and very easy to access to all other thing. The owner is very helpfull.
