"This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping standards are excellent, and both the front desk staff and service team are very polite and friendly. "I stayed at AAVA Malacca Hotel during my trip to Malacca and here’s my honest impression. Pros: The location is excellent — right next to Jonker Street and the riverside promenade, perfect for exploring the city’s highlights on foot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water available for showers. The interior design reflects a charming Peranakan (Nyonya) style, which adds cultural character to the stay. Cons: Bathroom amenities are limited to a single 3-in-1 product, which may not suit all guests. No slippers are provided, which can be inconvenient. The hotel does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs can be difficult. Check-in timing was not punctual. Although the booking stated rooms would be available at 3:00 PM, I only received mine at 3:30 PM. Overall Impression: AAVA Malacca Hotel is a solid choice if you value location, spacious rooms, and cultural décor. It’s especially convenient for travelers who want to be close to Jonker Street and the riverside. However, guests should be prepared for some practical shortcomings, including limited amenities, no elevator, and occasional delays at check-in."

SSteven00169Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das Äußere und die Hotellobby sehen großartig aus, aber das Innere ist weniger beeindruckend. Der Korridor riecht stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Das Hotel kannte das Problem und installierte viele Luftentfeuchter und Diffusoren, um den starken Geruch zu überdecken. Unser Zimmer befand sich am äußersten Ende des Korridors (ich musste etwa 30 Sekunden lang durch den gesamten stinkenden Korridor von der Lobby des Aufzugs laufen), das Badezimmer war nicht so sauber und gepflegt wie erwartet. Die Badewanne sieht aus, als wäre sie viele Jahre benutzt worden und die Oberfläche war, dem Design entsprechend, uneben und sehr rutschig. Ich werde wahrscheinlich andere Hotels wählen, wenn ich noch einmal nach Melaka fahre.

CCubieThe location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries. The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower. The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV. The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room. Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces. Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary. I would give it 8/10 rating.

SSerenisyafyHARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Repeat? definitely yes. Moga maju jaya buat The Lisbon Melaka

RReddotHotel is situated next to Malacca river with good view of the river and town. Stay in suite room with balcony overseeing river..nice. Quiet room and comfortable bed. No coffee spoon provided ? Strange. Many eateries nearby , Wild Coriander is on the right of hotel 2 shops away. The hotel caters lunch for tourist groups and lobby is crowded at that time. A bar operates in the evening adjacent to hotel lobby facing river, can have beer and food.. Walkable to Jonker street.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hat eine gute Lage, aber als wir eincheckten, war zufällig gerade ein malaysischer Feiertag. Auf der Straße draußen waren viele Rennfahrer unterwegs, die von morgens bis abends Lärm machten, sodass man kaum einschlafen konnte. An zwei von drei Nächten, die wir dort verbrachten, war es laut. Eine Nacht war es relativ ruhig, weil es stark geregnet hatte. Hätte die örtliche Polizei etwas unternommen, hätten die Rennfahrer die Öffentlichkeit nicht so gestört.
