Alsooo ich fang mal ganz von anfang an gebucht war eine Suite im crystal sunrise! Aber bekommen habe ich crystal palace, wo man mir auf ganz freche art und weise versucht hat ein familien zimmer anzuderen im dachgeschoss( ohne funktionierende kilima und kühlschrank ) um an eine suite zu kommen musste ich nen halben tag opfern und das wohl gemerkt ohne auch nur einmal strand oder pool gewesen zusein! So nachdem sie mir die suite gegeben habe, wohlgemerkt in einem hotel was 2 klassen unterdem ist was wir gebucht und bezahlt haben solten die probleme trozalledem nicht enden. Ich möchte gar nicht weiter aufs deteil eingehn aber das personal egal ob servive oder führung sind unkompetent bzw unqualifiziert! Kurzes Beispiel eine nach der zimmerreinigung wurde eine halbe flasche jack danils vermisst, nach langer rederrei bot man mir einen punch Whisky aus der hotelbar an 😂😂😂😂😂als ich das nicht akzeptierte sagte fr. Gaby ihr Vorgesetzter meine ich solle doch die jandarmarie kontaktieren und anzeige stellen 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Die Unterkunft liegt leider direkt an der Bahnstrecke, so dass man die Züge durchaus lauter hört. In die Stadt bzw. zur Promenade geht man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Für ein Ibis Styles-Hotel fehlt das oft sonst stylische Flair. Das Haus sieht schon etwas älter aus. Dafür war das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Zimmer war von der Größe ausreichend groß und das Badezimmer war durchschnittlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und hier gab es diverse Kalt- und Warmspeisen sowie vor allem auch sehr viele süße Speisen. Das Parkhaus unter dem Hotel mit fest zugewiesenem Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß.
