Ein tolles Hotel, das noch wie neu riecht. Das Frühstück ist köstlich, und die Möglichkeit, sich seine Säfte selbst zuzubereiten, ist ein echter Hit. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen ist groß. Das Hotelpersonal ist hervorragend, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist erstklassig, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut und verfügt über eine Heizung. Es ist kein Problem, sich an der Rezeption auf Englisch zu verständigen. Wenn Sie nach links gehen, können Sie zu Fuß zum kleinen Platz gehen Der Supermarkt gegenüber dem Hotel ist auch sehr günstig. Es gibt auch einen Schönheitssalon mit guten Angeboten. Das Frühstück umfasst Eierpfannkuchen, gekochte Eier, verschiedene Teebeutel und köstliche Früchte.

Sehr zufrieden, es gibt kostenloses Fitness, das Zimmer ist sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut👍aber die Matratze ist zu weich. Diesmal war ich auf der Durchreise durch Polen und hatte es eilig. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, hundert Meter vom Zentrum entfernt, Es ist bequem zu essen und das Zimmer ist großartig und komfortabel. Das Dachrestaurant ist großartig und Sie können die Landschaft der ganzen Stadt sehen. Wenn Sie kostenlos parken können, ist es gut.

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨

Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel, ruhig und sauber. Hauptsache, es ist bequemer, ein chinesisches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss zu haben.

Ok, es ist, dass die Rezeption ein bisschen unzureichend ist, die falsche Bestellung zu schreiben, klar bezahlt, mit Frühstück, hart gesagt, nein, erklärte es für eine lange Zeit .............................................

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.
