The hotel has a dated 70s exterior, and while the rooms are more 90s, they feel basic and a bit tired. It’s located next to the monastery but also next to a nightclub, so the noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered but the service was overall very good.

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist wirklich nicht gut, es gibt nicht viel Auswahl Kuchen sehen altbacken aus, und ich weiß nicht, wie man es als Vier-Sterne-Hotel definiert.

It is pretty good experience. Although it is a bit far to the main town, there is a train ”3” which can directly reach the hotel. The room has a fridge which is super.

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨

Sehr gutes Hotel umgeben ist der Tourismus bequem. Die Hotelumgebung ist wunderschön. Der Service ist enthusiastisch und der Parkplatz ist bequem. Viele Zimmer haben eine Terrasse, um den Rauchern zu entsprechen, ohne unteren Rauchen zu nehmen.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel, ruhig und sauber. Hauptsache, es ist bequemer, ein chinesisches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss zu haben.

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Das Hotel ist super Stadtzentrum, und das Personal hier ist schön und freundlich. Allerdings ist die Zimmerausstattung nicht zufriedenstellend: sehr kleine Einzelschacht wurde bereitgestellt, und die Matrix für ein Queen Bett legte zwei Einzelschachteln zusammen.
