This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

Im Allgemeinen mag ich dieses heiße Frühlingshotel, das auf dem Platz mit 16 Häusern aus dem 17. Jahrhundert gebaut wurde. Das Hotel selbst, sein Garten und sein Zimmer sehen nicht schlecht aus. Aber die AC im Boutique-Shop wurde gestern gebrochen und es war super heiß, dort zu kaufen. Nicht sicher, ob es heute repariert ist. Ein offener Brustbeutel ohne Zahnpasta wurde im Badezimmer gehalten - sie erwarteten mich zu benutzen oder was? Die Service und das Essen können beide besser sein - aber nehmen Sie es nicht falsch - sie sind schon gut - es ist nur, dass ich einen sehr hohen Standard habe, besonders wenn wir über Lebensmittel sprechen. Ich mag die zwei freien Likör - einen verkaufen den anderen Plum-wein - jeden Abend 17:00-19:30 jedoch. :) Das Hotel kann viele Erlebnis- und Reiseaktivitäten organisieren und Sie müssen online vorbehalten. Kostenlose Shuttle-Service zwischen dem Hotel und der ECHIGO YUZAWA STATTION ist angeboten und Sie müssen auch im Voraus buchen - sehr großzügig gestaltet.

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

Freundlich & Unterkünfte Personal. Willkommen von der JR-Bahnhof und bearbeitet unser Gepäck und senden das Gepäck direkt ins Zimmer. Sehr hilfreich, da sie uns mit Gala Resort verbindeten, um unseren verlorenen Beutel im freien Shuttle zurückzuholen, indem sie von A bis Z anrufen und kommunizieren. Rein & effizient. Der unverschämte Service. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ausgezeichneter Service. Bett sehr komfortabel. Ein angenehmen und komfortabel Aufenthalt.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel sehr.Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist sehr einfach, Ihr Gepäck von der Station zu diesem Hotel zu transportieren.Aroud Hotel hat viele Restaurants .....von der Google-Karte werden Sie über die Entfernung verwirren. Bitte benutzen Sie den West Exit in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Aussicht im Hotel ist ideal für Entspannung.

Travelled here with 2 toddlers and the place is fantastic. We took the room with the open air bath for them to enjoy and it comes with our very own one backyard of snow! The kids were playing in the snow and jumping jn the Bathtub after. The hotsprings are fantastic , they have a huge variety and they switch the female and males after every few hours so you will enjoy diff type of hotsprings.. they even had a tea hotspring where they full up the tub with tea leaves. The amenities provided is great, you literally do not need to bring any of yours, everything is provided, even pajamas. The skii resorts are convenient to get too and when you reach echiga Station, you can ask the tourist centre to call the Hotel for a pick up

A nice resort with sea great view. Remarkable the big garden with the paths to the sea shore. Also the onsen is very nice. The room was spacious and equipped with beds (not futon). As entertainment they organize free trips in the evening to the ruins of a plant from the gold rush times, where they display a beautiful illumination. Also some ladies perform local traditional dances in the hotel lobby, as well as a Saxophone player gave a half hour performance. However, after the performances were finished, the bar became deserted and no further service available. All in all a comfortable stay.

Location was a little far out from the JR station. Shopping district was about 15-20mins walk from the hotel. However, there is a nearby bus stop with is quite convenient should you want to take the bus. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable and a great port view.

Das Immobilien ist in einer sehr ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung. Sehr sauber und modern. Gut nach seiner Renovierung gepflegt. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber leider ohne Dusche/Badewanne - ein großes Negativ für das Eigentum. Es gibt zwei gemeinsame Duschen für das ganze Hotel, die während der Spitzensaison beschäftigt sein müssen. Ich empfehle das Hotel besonders während der Spitzensaison, wenn Sie die öffentliche Dusche nutzen können. Andernfalls müssen Sie die Badeanlagen in der Ecke nutzen.
