The room looks new and comfortable as it’s newly renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. But need to improve on cleanliness. There were black stains on our pillow cases during our first night of stay. Requested housekeeping service and they came only after second call. Overall still considered as a pleasant stay

Das Front Desk Personal des JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya ist freundlich, professionell und wirklich zu Hause. Ich musste das Hotel um 6 Uhr verlassen, um einen frühen Flug zu fangen, und sie halfen mir, ein Taxi rechtzeitig zu buchen, so dass der gesamte Prozess schwach ist. Die Hauspflege war während meines Aufenthalts sehr auf meinen Komfort zu achten. Ich schätze die schönen Früchte, hervorragende Dekoration und die großzügige Auswahl der angebotenen Einrichtungen. Das Essen im Uppercut Steak House war außergewöhnlich. Das Personal dort war außergewöhnlich, vor allem der Assistent Manager Erna. Sie hat professionelle Service und sorgfältig alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt, was mich dazu machte, in Indonesien zurückzukehren und wieder im JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya zu bleiben. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles, was Sie für mich während meines Aufenthalts getan haben!

The location is great and all staff we came in contact with was professional and kind! The hotel rooms as a bit run down (broken wardrobe doors and broken bathroom doors). The sheets was not made properly the first time with stained cover and blanket. The room was not ready on time, we only received keys to 2/4 rooms at 3.40pm. The bathroom plug was loose on the bathtub which resulted in water seeping through when having a bath!

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Es ist ein Markenhotel. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und freundlich und bittet proaktiv um Hilfe. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, es gibt viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte, lokale Restaurants usw. in der Nähe. Etwa 40 Minuten bis zum Flughafen Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich gut, aber etwas alt. Hohe Kostenleistung

Nice quiet hotel with a great view. Nice deco in the room. Had some problems looking for the light controls only to find them hidden at the bedside table. Nice and celegant design but hard to find.

The staff in the horizon club were excellent, in particular, Sania was always ready to greet us with a smile and help with our queries. It was a great atmosphere in the horizon club. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and the hotel has extensive facilities. The pool was not busy and our children really enjoyed it. As others have noted the hotel is dated in places, but staff work hard to keep it maintained. We did have an issue with one of the pillows in our room which was brown due to staining, it wasn’t ideal, we asked for a replacement but the room service put 2 pillow cases on instead. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and public areas were immaculately presented. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Rendra and Maskur were great at assisting with arranging excursions and any queries. The breakfast did not quite reach the levels of other hotels of this quality and the location was a little out of town, but overall a very good stay!

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping
