My family and I stayed in 2 rooms which inc a dinner package.
We had a very warm lovely welcome by the receptionist who was extremely helpful.
Our room was not as clean as we would have expected which was a shame but it was nice to have a room with 2 double beds. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was faulty so we had to leave it open when using the bathroom.
We had booked the dinner package and booked our table in advance for 7pm. I understand that they were quite busy that evening but unfortunately we still didn't get our food order taken until 8pm. The kids got their meals soon after but the adult main meals didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a long time for us to wait when our children were getting restless and tired. We also by that point felt it was too late to eat and didn't finish our meals. We did speak to the manager and eventually they did compensate for the long wait so we appreciated that.
Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and good timings for breakfast.
The swimming area needs a bit of a refurb. Even though there is lots of space it just needs a bit of TLC and a refresh.
Other than the few items mentioned we still had a lovely stay with family
The receptionists were exceptional and every understanding. They even spoke to us the following day to apologise about the issue with the dinner.
We wouldn't let it stop us from staying there again.

The sofa bed wasn’t made on arrival and had to call reception. It was late at night when we checked in and we had an early check out the following morning so wasn’t ideal. The man who came to do the bed seemed quite put out that he had to make the bed and barely spoke a word.
After a very uncomfortable night sleep as the beds were not great we decided to cancel a future reservation we have with the hotel in August. On checking out heard a similar complaint from the person in front of us so seems we are not the only one not happy with the hotel.

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und komfortabel, geeignet für einen Urlaub. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, verschiedene Arten von Menschen. Personalservice ist professionell, freundlich, die Details sind sehr behutsam, die Gesamtaufenthaltserfahrung ist sehr zufrieden, stark empfohlen!

The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding.
Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.
The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting.
These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments.
In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.
Me and My Friend Booked This Hotel as it was Near to the Venue we was going to See a Gig at.The Room was Lovely and the Hotel Overall was Very Clean and the Bed was Very Comfy.Would Definately Recommend it to Anyone.

丁丁Englische Häuser und englische Treppen eignen sich nicht für großes Gepäck, um nach oben zu gelangen. Englisches Frühstück ist in Ordnung, kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Geschäft ist groß genug. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist ruhig.
