Ich bin mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der täglichen Bereitstellung von kostenlosem Trinkwasser zufrieden. Allerdings ist die Zimmereinrichtung etwas schlicht und könnte mal modernisiert werden. **3. Ausstattung (3/5):** Das Hotel verfügt über einige anständige Einrichtungen wie ein Fitnesscenter und einen Swimmingpool, aber sie wirken etwas klein und schlecht gepflegt. Das Business Center hier ist ebenfalls recht funktional, bedarf jedoch einiger technischer Verbesserungen. **4. Standort (5/5):** Die Lage dieses Hotels ist für meine geschäftlichen Zwecke sehr gut, da es im Geschäftszentrum der Stadt liegt. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Geschäfte, sodass Sie bequem Lebensmittel finden oder einkaufen können. **5. Essen (3/5):** Ich habe versucht, im Hotelrestaurant zu essen und fand das Essen ziemlich gut, obwohl die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte recht begrenzt war. I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Ich habe zwei Zimmer Typ eine Nacht Aufenthalt und Deluxe Queen am nächsten Tag. Das Zwillingzimmer fühlte sich voll mit Möbeln und macht keinen Platz, um sich zu bewegen. Handtücher und Bett sind neu, so war es schön. Die Dusche war jedoch nicht angenehm. Wasserfluss war schrecklich ohne Tür, macht Wasser überschwemmt aus der Dusche. In der Dusche, nur eine Flasche Körperwasch (aber keine Etikettierung) und keine Shampoo gefunden. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, offene Küche ist ein wenig laut. Sofa Tische werden selten verwendet, weil der Tisch hohe Position macht keinen Sinn beim Essen.

Good location and near to the airport. The room is quite spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. The bathroom is moslem-friendly as they provide the bottom faucet in the shower area for ablutions. However, the Aircon in the Gym was not working so the Gym was quite hot and there is no air circulation. The pool needs to be cleaned every morning.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself. In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism. It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.
