For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself. In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism. Good location and near to the airport. The room is quite spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. The bathroom is moslem-friendly as they provide the bottom faucet in the shower area for ablutions. However, the Aircon in the Gym was not working so the Gym was quite hot and there is no air circulation. The pool needs to be cleaned every morning.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Es ist eines der neusten Hotels in Palu. Es ist ein großes Konzept, aber eine durchschnittliche Ausführung. Hotelsichten wie das Boutique Hotel in Französisch. European Classic Typ. Ich habe zwei Zimmer Typ eine Nacht Aufenthalt und Deluxe Queen am nächsten Tag. Das Zwillingzimmer fühlte sich voll mit Möbeln und macht keinen Platz, um sich zu bewegen. Handtücher und Bett sind neu, so war es schön. Die Dusche war jedoch nicht angenehm. Wasserfluss war schrecklich ohne Tür, macht Wasser überschwemmt aus der Dusche. In der Dusche, nur eine Flasche Körperwasch (aber keine Etikettierung) und keine Shampoo gefunden. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, offene Küche ist ein wenig laut. Sofa Tische werden selten verwendet, weil der Tisch hohe Position macht keinen Sinn beim Essen.
