One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise eine Nacht im Hotel. Positiv war auf jeden Fall die Bequemlichkeit des Bettes. Insgesamt war das Zimmer und auch der Service sehr gut. Fahrer in die City etc. wurden bestellt. Es kam jedoch auch zu Missverständnissen bzgl. des Shuttles. Das Englisch des Personals war teilweise sehr schwer zu verstehen.
Das Restaurant fanden wir unterdurchschnittlich. Es war viel ausverkauft und dies konnte auch nicht vorab geklärt werden. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht, musste jedoch bei jeder neuen Wahl nachfragen. Das Essen selbst war auch mäßig.
Der Spa Bereich war unterdurchschnittlich. Das Personal sehr bemüht, aber der Massageraum hat nicht zum Entspannen eingeladen und war lieblos gestaltet. Im Raum tropfte die ganze Zeit die Dusche. Das Fitnesscenter war noch ok, weil es viele Kurzhanteln gab. Beides lag eher abseits. Der Pool war ganz nett. Die Duschen am Pool waren jedoch kaputt.

For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu.
However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast.
There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there.
When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast.
Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions.
Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals.
Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali.
Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself.
In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism.
It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.
