Ich kam zurück von der Easter Island und lebte dieses Hotel, weil ich das Gepäck noch hier gelagert habe. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstück ist auch gut, in der Nähe des Waffenplatzes, sehr bequem.

Good service at reception. Location is convenient for business travellers. Free coffee at the lobby. Breakfast could be improved. The room was quite dark, lightning insufficient.

Die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, die Lage ist auch sehr gut, geeignet für die Wahl eines Tages in San Diego. Aber das Hotel ist etwas nervös, ich weiß nicht, ob wir eine besondere Zeit erreicht haben, und das Zimmer ist nicht einfach zu bestimmen.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

Die Landschaft ist besonders gut, die Lage ist auch sehr gut, unten ist der Supermarkt, der Park, gehen 5-10 Minute ist der Geschäft. Das Frühstück ist großartig und die Service-Einstellung ist auch super gut. Lob ～

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Really love this hotel which is in a beautiful part of Santiago and has all you need for a comfortable stay

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.
