I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

GGastnutzerThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

Ich habe eine Ecke Suite gebucht, die dann preiswerter war, um mehr Platz und bessere Aussicht zu haben. Ich glaube, viele Hotelketten haben die Politik, den Gästen wertvolle Zimmer zu geben, die durch Dritte wie Trip.com buchen. Sie gab mir Platz im vierten Stock, so anstatt schöner Stadtblick wie auf dem Bild habe ich eine grausame Eine zum Bauplatz und Parkplatz mit Obdachlosen, die sich umher fragen. Siehe Bild beigefügt, Neben dem Zimmer sollte größere als das normale sein und es war formal, aber das Layout machte es nutzlos, da es nur einige seltsame Korridor, der Teil des Zimmers ist. Also überzahlen Sie nicht für Ecke Suiten, das ist es nicht wert.
Hatte Probleme mit dem Sachen. Die Uhr im Zimmer zeigte falsche Zeit. Ich konnte es nicht selbst reparieren. Sie schickten einen Mann, der nach 20 Minuten nichts tun konnte und sagte einfach, es tut mir leid, dass er nichts tun konnte. Als er die Frage an die Führung gestellt wurde, begann er, jemanden zu rufen, der die Geschichte mit einer grausamen Sprache mit allen Arten von F-Wörter in Anwesenheit meiner 11 y.o.! Die Uhr wurde schließlich befestigt, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie Kunden bedienen, ist schrecklich.
Letztlich hatte ich 12 Uhr Zeit für meine Reservierung, aber der Empfänger sagte mir, es sei 11 Uhr.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, in der Nähe der Französischen Debbie Street, das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr allgemein, sehr einfach, das Licht ist dunkel, die Einstellung ist auch ziemlich alt, das Hotel-Restaurant ist immer noch empfehlenswert, die Zucht muss es versuchen, die mexikanische Küche ist auch gut, Amerikaner sagen, New Orleans ist der beste Ort für Amerikas Essen, und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die ganze Lebenszeit einen Versuch wert ist.

GGuest UserDieser Ort ist sehr nah und laut. Es ist sehr nahe Quartiere und kein Sound-Beleg. Sie können das Fernsehen von allen im Halle hören und Ihr Zimmer, Leute schreien am Telefon, Türen schlafen, Menschen auf einem anderen Stock Eis, Leute draußen auf dem schönen Patio, Wasser dauerte immer im Tauchen, um nach unten zu gehen, schwarze Schrank, die sie Ihnen geben, war so schrecklich, Sie sah aus wie Schnitt oder Samen, die auf sie gespült wurden. Haare waren überall. Ich sage das mit dem Verständnis, dass Haare schwerer zu erheben. Es war in unserem Bett, überall in der Dusche. Ich weiß, dass Sie keine Kinder sagen können, aber das ist kein Ort für kleine Kinder, um zu laufen und in Hallen sprechen bc alles kann so klar hören. Keine Beweise oder Wetter*****ping unter den Türen, so gibt es eine große Lücke. Vielleicht 1.5 Zoll unter den Türen, die das Klang nicht helfen. Schöner Ort, in einer schnüffelhaften und ankommenden Nachbarschaft. Sie haben nur Straßenparkplätze, die reichlich war und sagte, es gab Sicherheit durch die Nachbarschaft. Sie haben sie nie gesehen, aber unsere Autos waren gut. Gute Idee für eine kleine Nachbarschaft Hostel/Hotel. Dekor war einfach und so schön im ganzen und es kommt mit einem MW und Kühlschrank. Der beigefügte Kaffee und Bar war schön.

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist gut, nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt von der Straße 10, bis  Boben Street nur 10 Minuten. Es gibt eine Eisenbahntür, die es bequem ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt Doppelbett, das Zimmer hat eine Küche, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut Standard-amerikanisch. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist gegenüber der Wand und muss über die Straße. Es ist bequem, den nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz des Hotels zu verlassen, 20 Dollar am Tag und am Samstag gibt es auch Rabatte. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas zu groß, die Hygiene ist gut sauber. Wir haben kleine Probleme beim Aufenthalt, aber die sorgfältige Kommunikation durch Trip.com-Mitarbeiter wurde bald gelöst und muss gewürdigt werden.
