We came to celebrate my birthday and the room was clean, comfortable and customer service excellent. We had purchased the breakfast online option to our room and this saved us about $30 or so on the breakfast buffet, which had your normal things on it but it was fresh, hot and good service. Would definitely stay here again.

Der Ort schien sauber genug und sehr nahe am Flughafen mit kostenlosem Flughafenshuttle. Hatte einen Abendessenplatz 100 Fuß von dort, was schön war. Hatte den 202 Bus aus der Stadt genommen, um dort zu kommen und kostete mir $1.25 eine Person, um dort zu kommen. Die Leute, wo schön und schön erscheint, aber sie beginnen nicht zu halten, wie Krüge auf Fliesen und Holz geschraubt usw. Es würde mich noch nicht beeinflussen, wieder zu gehen, aber sie müssen halten und werden weiterhin ein schönes sauberes Hotel sein

Gute Lage. ruhiges Hotel. Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt. Das einzige, was ich anders tun würde, ist sicherzustellen, dass mein Zimmer eine Badezimmer und nicht nur einen Spaziergang in der Dusche hatte.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hilton Flughafen New Orleans geliebt! Es liegt direkt hinter dem Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Flughafen und es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der Sie direkt von den Abfahrten abstürzt. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und wir konnten die Temperatur anpassen, plus sie haben Snacks im Lobby zum Kauf, wenn Sie vor Ihrem Flug hungrig werden. Sehr empfehlen Sie hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie einen frühen Morgenflug aus der Stadt haben, wie wir es getan haben.

I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

GGastnutzerThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

Bbm998I had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserDieser Ort ist sehr nah und laut. Es ist sehr nahe Quartiere und kein Sound-Beleg. Sie können das Fernsehen von allen im Halle hören und Ihr Zimmer, Leute schreien am Telefon, Türen schlafen, Menschen auf einem anderen Stock Eis, Leute draußen auf dem schönen Patio, Wasser dauerte immer im Tauchen, um nach unten zu gehen, schwarze Schrank, die sie Ihnen geben, war so schrecklich, Sie sah aus wie Schnitt oder Samen, die auf sie gespült wurden. Haare waren überall. Ich sage das mit dem Verständnis, dass Haare schwerer zu erheben. Es war in unserem Bett, überall in der Dusche. Ich weiß, dass Sie keine Kinder sagen können, aber das ist kein Ort für kleine Kinder, um zu laufen und in Hallen sprechen bc alles kann so klar hören. Keine Beweise oder Wetter*****ping unter den Türen, so gibt es eine große Lücke. Vielleicht 1.5 Zoll unter den Türen, die das Klang nicht helfen. Schöner Ort, in einer schnüffelhaften und ankommenden Nachbarschaft. Sie haben nur Straßenparkplätze, die reichlich war und sagte, es gab Sicherheit durch die Nachbarschaft. Sie haben sie nie gesehen, aber unsere Autos waren gut. Gute Idee für eine kleine Nachbarschaft Hostel/Hotel. Dekor war einfach und so schön im ganzen und es kommt mit einem MW und Kühlschrank. Der beigefügte Kaffee und Bar war schön.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer war sauber, geräumig. Die Rezeption war schnell, aber es informierte uns nicht, dass die tägliche Hausaufbewahrung NICHT erfolgt.
Das Hotel hatte einen Poolbereich, aber wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass es eine Gebühr für das Hotel gab.
Wir hatten einen Schlag neben dem Bett, das nicht funktionierte. Eine Nachtwartungsperson musste die gesamte Anlage ersetzen, die Art, wie sie montiert wurde, konnte die neue Anlage nicht vollständig sichern und er sagte, dass die Tageswartungspersonal es kümmern würde. Es ist nie geschehen, obwohl wir dem Vorderbüro über die Situation erzählt haben.
Wir hatten einen Drachen auf dem Kleiderschrank, der darauf bestand, sich um vier Zoll öffnen zu lassen. Der Nachtwartungsmann versuchte es zu reparieren, aber konnte es nicht erreichen, so sagte er, er würde einen Schreiben für die Tagewartungsmannschaft hinterlassen, um es zu besuchen.
Haartrockner hatte überall einige stickige Dinge über den Handgelenk.
Viele der Einzelhandelsgebiete waren am Dienstag und Mittwoch nicht geöffnet. Ihr Wochenende. Es ist nur die Tage, an denen wir da waren.

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.
