I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Für indische Touristen ist indisches Essen etwas peinlich, und ich hoffe, dass ich mich vor dem Kommen psychologisch vorbereiten kann.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Our stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana was comfortable and pleasant overall. The hotel enjoys a convenient location in the city, making it easy to access shopping areas and key business hubs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and adequately spacious for a relaxing stay. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities provided were practical and sufficient for both short and extended visits. Breakfast offered a decent spread and was well managed. Overall, Keys Select Ludhiana delivers reliable comfort, friendly service, and good value — a dependable choice for both business and leisure travellers visiting Ludhiana.

Erstaunlich bleiben! Ausgezeichnetes Personal, immer bereit, sicher zu helfen, unseren Aufenthalt sehr warm und komfortabel  Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln Frisch gemachte Paratha, Masala Omelette, Puri und viele andere Gerichte.  Das Hotel war sauber  Danke für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter!

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

The hotel location is perfect, just about 350 meters to the golden temple, 50 meters to the post office to find Uber or tuktuk, and surrounded with many shops and restaurants. The room is so clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights, we were so happy and think it’s worth every penny.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.
