What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

Gemütlich gelegen 20 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen Chandigarh. Zimmer und Dienstleistungen waren hervorragend. Personal war sehr kooperativ. Buffetverteilung war sehr gut. Hotelinterieur und Einrichtungen waren fabulös.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the hotel staff are very helpful and professional, excellent services, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities, room and pool are nice and clean, the food was surprisingly delicious.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich nahe den Hauptbereichen und nicht im Lärm zu spüren.Das Restaurant serviert einen großen Frühstück und wir fanden hier die beste Amritsar kulcha hier, selbst. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wir haben eine Upgrade bei der Check-in. Das Hotel verfügt über Standardausstattung und einen kleinen Pool mit Fitnessraum am oberen Rand des Hotels. Der einzige saure Note war wahrscheinlich, wie das Hotel es Personal nimmt. Der ***Ager des Kaffeegeschäfts und die Wächter waren nachdrücklich, dass wir gute Feedback geben. Es scheint, dass der Lob gedrängt wird, den wir jede Art geben würden. Das zweite unprofessionelle Ding war, dass unsere Flüge am Abend waren und wir um eine späte Checkout baten. Das Front Desk scheint lustig und spielten mit uns. Das ist nicht professionell. Ich empfehle das Essen, auch wenn der Preis (a la carte) deutlich höher ist.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Mein erstes Mal in Amritsar und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit im Ferienhaus Hotel, das Personal des Hotels war Top-Noch und machte mich sehr komfortabel und willkommen dank Neeraj auf der Rezeption .. die Zimmer waren riesig und wurde auf das Deluxe Zimmer upgraded.. Besonderes Dank an Herrn Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)wer aus seinem Weg ging, um sicherzustellen, dass ich komfortabel war, und auch an Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan im Restaurant, der an allen meinen Bedürfnissen sehr gut teilgenommen hat.. und für die Hilfe Desk ppl waren alle sehr gut...wird sicher wieder nach Amritsar kommen und wird immer im Holiday Inn bleiben.. Ich würde dieses Hotel für alle sehr empfehlen.. und auch dieses Hotel sollte sicherlich eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

Great location but bedsheets were infested with bugs. Staff behavior was pleasant enough. We were supposed to check-in after 2pm but we reached amritsar by 9:30am and the hotel authority was kind enough to let us check in early. We noticed the bugs (white worm like) crawling under the pillows by the next morning and immediately requested fresh sheets, but they only provided us with the same by evening which was a little off putting. Apart from this incident, the stay was good enough. 5. 4
