Best Western Leigh Park Hotel

酒店服務極差。 訂了行政雙人房。職員給了普通雙人房，一開始拿了房卡不知道她給錯，沒有電梯，辛苦把行李搬上了2樓。一開門知道給錯了，回去跟職員就，她微笑着但說：「都是雙人床，都是一樣的。」就跟她講，相片顯示是不一樣，怎麼會貴了你卻說一樣？ 一個是10平方米，另一個是12平方米。 她還是堅持沒給錯，大一點是給家庭。最後擾攘了一會，她才說有別的房間給我們選擇，才給了正確的。然後她還補一句：「可以的，沒關係。反正你們只是住一晚（微笑）」 最後我們自己去2樓把行緊抬回到地下… 熱死還沒冷氣，東西很舊… Hotel service is extremely poor. Booked an executive double room. The staff gave me a standard double room. I didn't know she gave me the wrong room key when I got the room card at first. There is no elevator, so I had to work hard to move my luggage up to the 2/F. As soon as I opened the door, I realized I had given it to the wrong person. When I went back and talked to the staff, she smiled but said, "They are all double beds, they are all the same." I told her that the photos showed that they were different, so why did you say they were the same when they were more expensive? One is 10 m2 and the other is 12 m2. She still insisted that it was not wrong, larger rooms are for families. After fussing for a while, she finally said that there were other rooms for us to choose from and gave us the correct one. Then she said: "Okay, it's okay. You're just staying for one night anyway (smile)" Finally, we went to the second floor to carry the luggage back to the ground floor... It’s so hot and there’s no air conditioning, and the things are very old…

Strange-shaped room, which was too hot and stuffy, but no way to cool down. Tea/coffee facility had a cup and a mug, so had to get that changed. Only one glass in the bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly. Food in the restaurant was nice, but staff forgot to put it through the system, so checkout took longer. Overall, a nice place with pleasant staff and good price for close to Bath. Just a few ******* that would have made the stay better

Lovely Georgian hotel, great room with gorgeous views. Good food at breakfast and dinner. Very reasonable

The property was in a lovely setting and very easy to find. Check-In went smoothly but when asking were the restaurant and pointing towards a door, I got told no, and a s******ed laugh, silence and then getting the directions after 10 seconds. The room was clean but had at least a dozen flies flying around. The bed was old and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The restaurant was lovely and both dinner and breakfast were delicious but no menus were available online, so I just had to hope they cater for dietary requirements

Checked in, and not told about the huge wedding prior arrival. Our room was next to the wedding room. No heating. Not told any information. Breakfast was awful, not even asked if we want tea or coffee. When I got my coffee it was in a sachet. The continental had been ransacked by the wedding. The hot food , well non existent. Had clearly not been replenished. We spent a lot of money , and I would even call this a 2 star. I will be contacting management.

This was a great hotel, staff were polite, food was excellent, would definitely book again

We had a family get together to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday so there were 12 of us staying and we pre ordered our dinner for the Saturday evening. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly and were quick to upgrade my sister and her husband when they couldn’t remain in their room because of an unpleasant smell. We were however disappointed on a number of fronts. The hotel is looking quite tired especially the standard bedrooms though our beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have been updated so are quite nice with lovely walk in showers in some rooms. The dinner was good in parts (starters) but the mains were variable ie the duck was over cooked and my brother-in-law’s peppercorn sauce was completely overloaded with peppercorns, so much so he couldn’t eat most of his meal. In fairness the staff tried their best and brought out a new batch of sauces and replaced the duck for one of our party and then took the cost of the sauces and a couple of the desserts off the bill - I believe they were short staffed that evening which can’t have helped. But combined with a disappointing breakfast (overcooked scrambled eggs, waiting times for sausages, beans and bacon) it just came up short. Having said all of that my mum loved the weekend and the grounds behind the hotel are lovely plus the short trip into Bradford on Avon is well worth a visit.

The rooms were really smelly. We complained but the hotel was full and they couldn’t move us. They opened the window and sprayed air freshener but the smell returned. We had a very uncomfortable night!

We really enjoyed our night in this beautiful hotel. Lovely room, easy access for us and a great view over westbury white horse . Breakfast was great . If we could of prolonged our stay, we would. Already recommended to family and would stay again in a heartbeat .
