Vor langer Zeit lebte ich in Hengchun und arbeitete als Yogalehrerin. Ich fand die Umgebung damals wunderschön. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, muss ich unbedingt wiederkommen und Urlaub machen. Ich habe meine Kinder nach vielen Jahren wieder mitgebracht, und es ist immer noch so schön! Das Zimmer ist auch sehr komfortabel. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß mit der intelligenten Haushaltshilfe. Als ich nachts eine Duschhaube brauchte, brachte sie mir der Roboter an die Zimmertür. Ich hoffe, dass beim nächsten Familienurlaub mehr Leute das gemeinsam erleben können! P.S.: Die Einkaufstaschen gefallen mir auch sehr gut.

Alles war gut während meines Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel. Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers war etwas zu dunkel für mich, aber es war kein Problem während des Tages, da es viele Sonnenlicht aus dem Fenster gab. Was ich liebe ist, dass sie einen Kaffeetisch und einen Rüstungsstuhl am Fenster setzen, so dass es sehr angenehm, während des Tages etwas Lesen zu machen. Die Lage ist ein OK, ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten MRT-Station. Der Weg zum Bahnhof war klar und hatte eine Vielzahl von lokalen Geschäften zu erkunden.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wenn man mit dem Aufzug runterfährt und links abbiegt, ist man direkt am Wanhua Bahnhof. Direkt gegenüber von FamilyMart ist ein Eingang, durch den man geradeaus zur MRT-Station gelangt. Zuerst dachte ich, die MRT-Station wäre nicht in der Nähe, aber sie ist tatsächlich sehr, sehr nah! Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir wurden im 18. Stock untergebracht, was eine tolle Aussicht bietet. Außerdem war das Personal am Pool sehr freundlich! Neben dem Eingang zur Lobby gibt es auch einen kleinen Tisch für Essenslieferungen, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich frage mich, warum es kein Schild an der Tür gibt, das Gäste an die Außenseite hängen können, um dem Personal mitzuteilen, dass keine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht ist? Außerdem ist im Poolbereich eine Badekappe Pflicht, was verständlich ist! Aber eines Abends kam eine Gruppe von Mittel-/Oberschülern zum Schwimmen. Ein paar, die gut ausgerüstet waren, gingen zuerst rein und überredeten dann ihre Freunde, die keine Badehosen dabeihatten: Sie sagten, die Regeln besagten nur, dass man eine Badekappe tragen müsse, aber nichts über Badehosen! Sie diskutierten hin und her und kamen tatsächlich zu dem Schluss, dass nur eine Badekappe nötig sei und keine Badehose. Also sprangen einige von ihnen nur in Unterwäsche ins Wasser! (Und sie hatten sich nicht einmal abgeduscht!) Das war ekelhaft! Ich musste mein Kind schnell aus dem Wasser holen und ins Zimmer zurückbringen. Ihre Unterwäsche war dunkel, so dass das Personal es wahrscheinlich nicht bemerkt hat. Zudem ist die Badewanne sehr klein. Aus der Toilette kam ein ziemlich starker Geruch.

Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

Vier-Sterne-Hotels sind relativ teurer als Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Aber die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr schön und meine Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem ich die Sonne genießen kann, was ein sehr gutes Gefühl ist. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten, aber die Qualität ist gut. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel für Alleinreisende geeignet. Darüber hinaus denke ich, dass der größte Vorteil des Lebens hier darin besteht, dass es in der Nähe viele hochwertige kleine Restaurants gibt, darunter koreanische, westliche und japanische Gerichte. Wenn es einen Rabatt für einen Aufenthalt von drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gibt, würde ich ihn meiner Meinung nach jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Taipeh komme, gerne buchen.

Mein Aufenthalt im T-hotel in Taichung war eine Brise. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es einfach, die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich, so dass meine Erfahrung noch besser war.

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

An Heiligabend waren ziemlich viele Leute im Hotel, so dass wir gegen 13:30 Uhr einchecken konnten. Das Hotel lag an der 11/F. Das Bett ist sehr groß und die Toilette ist schick. Die Bettwäsche war sehr bequem, aber ich habe nur ein paar Stunden auf der Seite geschlafen. Hotels in Taipeh verfügen über ausreichend Trinkwasser, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet reicht allerdings nur bis zehn Uhr. Das Frühstück ist im Allgemeinen reichhaltig, denken Sie also daran, es früh zu genießen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Sauna und einen Hand-in-Hand-Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit. Insgesamt ist es gut, mit bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten und in der Nähe von Ximending.

Das Taipei Marriott Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Dazhi Jiantan. Der Fußweg dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Am Tor befindet sich ein sehr auffälliges Schild. Sobald Sie das Zimmer im Taipei Marriott Hotel betreten, spüren Sie, dass Taipei Marriott eine sehr angenehme A**osphäre im Zimmer geschaffen hat. Auf der rechten Seite befinden sich Kleiderschränke und Kühlschränke. Das Frühstücksambiente ist recht elegant. Obwohl es nicht viele Mahlzeiten gibt, sind sie exquisit und köstlich. Es muss ein tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis sein.
