The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

Erstklassiges Umfeld und erstklassige Landschaft. Man kann nach Belieben schwimmen, rudern und aus dem Zimmer gehen, familiär, freundlich, englische Verständigung ist nicht behindert, Frühstück ist nicht reichhaltig aber ausreichend, drei Mahlzeiten am Tag reichen aus, der Preis ist sehr vernünftig. Es gibt ein wenig mehr Mücken, und das ist verständlich. Schließlich handelt es sich um eine natürliche Umgebung, und es ist kein Problem, wenn die Tür geschlossen ist. Конечно по чистоте и удобству самого номера ему нет равных, он на высоте, все красиво, богато. Неудобно расположение. Странно, что в завтрак не входил никакой напиток, ну хоть 100 мл. растворимого кофе, но можно было бы добавить.

Very clean rooms, located right next to the river, near some great restaurants. Has a nice big pool. The breakfast was good as well. The only down side was the door os the bathroom, the handle felt down whenever we close the door from the outside. Some minors repairs could be helpful.

This is the best places one can visit. This place has everything. I bet photos dont do justice to this place. Go there take there villa and enjoy the time , i wish i had more time. I will for sure come back here

Die Dame des Hauses spricht sehr gut Englisch und antwortete sehr schnell! Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Service!

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area. They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely. I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

Sehr schöner Blick vom Eckenzimmer zum Fluss und Bergen. Frühstück in ihrem Café ist auch mit der gleichen Aussicht. Gastgeber, willkommene Gastgeber. Die Zahl ist klein, aber am 1-2 Tag ist eine gute Option. Der einzige Minus ist der regelmäßig laufende Klimaanlage. Wir wachen nachts auf, weil das Wasser aus ihm buchstäblich rausgespült wurde. Es musste ausgeschaltet und ein wenig in der Ofen schlafen.

Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!

Liebte den kleinen Bungalow, super sauber (keine Fehler) das ist wunderschön. Die Familie, die es super willkommen und freundlich besitzt. Wer nicht lieben ein komfortables Bett und großes Ac. Alles, was Sie beim Reisen brauchen. Sogar für uns einen Scooter für die Tage, die wir dort waren. Wenn wir jemals zurück sind, werden wir defo zurück in die Bungalows.
