The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

One of the usual hotel I stayed during business trip at Dumai. This is newest hotel in Zuri Group. Is a three star hotel however is good enough for me. Breakfast is Indonesia style.

The room is alright, although a little old. The facilities are sufficient for a business hotel. However, the breakfast is a little bit disappointing due to salty (during my time of visit) but ambience for breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is also good for street food lovers.

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs.
