The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

Zur Hotelreise in Pekanbaru - Ich war im Fox Hotel Pekanbaru und wurde von der Gesamtqualität des Hotels beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war gut gepflegt, mit einem komfortablen Bett und modernen Einrichtungen. Die Service war effizient Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und schnell zu helfen mit jeder Anfrage. Die Frühstücksauswahl war zufriedenstellend, und die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es einfach zugänglich zu nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Mahlzeiten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisen und Freizeitreisen. Da das Hotel mit Pekanbaru Exchange verbunden ist, bietet es einen guten Ort, um Ihre Nacht mit einiger Filmzeit im Kino zu verpacken und wieder zum Hotel für Ruhe zu gehen.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

Sehr strategische Lage. Alles in der Nähe. Sie können Lebensmittel finden, Einkaufen in einem Gebäude. Pasar Bawah auch im gleichen Gebäude coz jetzt unter Renovierung. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Riau komme, werde ich hier bleiben

Check in time supposed at 2 pm. We have to wait until around 4 pm to check in. We book 2 rooms but only can check in one room first. They still cleaning the other room. There was only coffee maker inside the room. Hot water available outside the room. Iron also upon request. Got stains on the bedsheet and quite smelly. Bathroom need to upgrade. The good side is, the staffs were very friendly and responsible. This hotel also situated opposites Indomaret and nice caffe name Kangen 49. The menu was awesome.
