Das Hotel war fantastisch! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte viel Platz! Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht fantastisch, ebenso wenig wie der Spa-Bereich. Das einzig Schlechte war das Badezimmer, denn jedes Mal, wenn wir duschten, bildete sich eine Pfütze im Badezimmer! Wir mussten die Handtücher auf den Boden legen, damit sich das Wasser nicht im Zimmer ausbreitete, und wir mussten dreimal die Zimmerreinigung anrufen, um das ganze Wasser aufzuwischen.

Es war mein erster Besuch in Lissabon und mir hat die Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt.

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hat viele Fehler, darunter: Mangel an Liebes zum Frühstück, Mangelnde Organisation im Frühstücksraum, mit einem belastbaren Frühstück, Einige Schwimmbadstücher und einige Spiele, Stoffe, die bereits aus dem Dienst genommen werden sollten, Klimaanlage mit Problemen, Mangel an Kühlschrank, Teil der Infrastruktur, die erneuert werden muss.

A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas. Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.

Stayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room. Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

The whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

It is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view. Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

Gostei da experiência neste hotel, cuja localização não poderia ser melhor :) Nota positiva para o jardim e piscina exterior, magnifico pequeno almoço buffet e boas instalações da piscina interior, sauna e banho turco. Poderiam ter mais espreguiçadeiras.. Nota menos positiva para os quartos, que naturalmente precisam de algumas obras mas encontravam-se limpos. De forma geral foi uma ótima estadia neste hotel com vista privilegiada para o mar, de todos os quartos.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, it had a mini fridge which was great for us as we had yoghurts for our baby, the bathroom was impeccable and it had both body wash and shampoo. Free coffee was the best news for me, but the beautiful smell throughout the whole hotel just made the experience feel 5 stars! They certainly took the time to make every aspect of this hotel as cozy as possible. Bedsheets were crispy clean and the beds & pillows were very comfortable! Wish we had stayed longer, it really was a pleasant experience
