Overall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room. Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It truly was the perfect spot to witness a stunning sunset, with vibrant colors painting the sky as the day gracefully came to a close.

The room we stayed air was not really working. Ants in the bathroom and the property is a resort for swimming for public. The room is clean but tiny ants in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and the free breakfast very basic a cup of rice, one egg and choice of meat or fish. Its by the highway easy to find. Workers are friendly.

Trotzdem wurde kein drittes Bett geliefert und ich musste für das Bett extra bezahlen. Dasselbe wie im Lounge. Da wir mit unserem 11-jährigen Sohn reisen, ist er nicht erlaubt im Lounge. Wo verlassen wir unseren Sohn? seltsamer Politik, zumindest ein Spielzimmer oder ein Kino oder so, oder lass mich mit unserem Sohn fahren und ihm sagen, dass er ruhig ist. No use for access to the lounge of you’re not allowed to go there.

The room was clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and very generous they didn’t charge us extra even though we checked out later than the usual time. They were also very responsive to our concerns and queries. We were the only guests during our stay, so we had the whole house to ourselves, which truly felt like home. The place is close to Vigan City, although it can be a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away in a narrow area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Vigan. Alles in fußläufig zu erreichen. Vigan ist eine kleine Stadt im spanischen Colonialstil. Ist man dort oben in der Ecke unterwegs, lohnt sich ein Abstecher. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Durch seine Architektur hat es ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in Vigan. Service war nur durchschnittlich. Bestellungen haben ewig gedauert, bezahlen ebenfalls. Da wir am nächsten Morgen früh los mussten, fragten wir nach dem Beginn des Frühstücks. Uns sagte man, dass das Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr beginnt. Wir betonten dann nochmals, dass wir auch tatsächlich um 6.00 frühstücken werden. Leider war 6.10 Uhr noch kein Mensch zu sehen und es waren auch noch keine Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück zu sehen. Wir mussten morgens der Rezeption druck machen, dass wir eigentlich pünktlich frühstücken wollten. Die Mitarbeiter erweckten den Eindruck, dass sie es mit Aliens zu tun haben und kein Mensch morgens schon frühstück haben möchte. Sie haben es dann zwar noch auf die Reihe bekommen, daher okay. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind dunkel und schlecht zu lüften (ist der Architektur geschuldet). Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.

Die Pflegeperson war so nett.

Gute Lage! Rein und sehr schnell Reinigungsmittel. Ich bat einen Calesa, uns um die Stadt zu fahren, und sie sagten ja, sie haben einen Kontakt, der uns zu der vereinbarten Zeit holen wird. Und dann kam die Zeit und die Calesa nicht auftauchte, sie riefen den Calesa-Fahrer und er sagte, er habe einen Kunden. Er empfahl also den Hotelbewohnern, uns zu sagen, einfach zu gehen und Calesa im Park zu bekommen. Dies (Service) wäre 5/5 gewesen, wenn sie uns sofort erzählten, dass es die besetzte Saison ist, so dass wir nicht wissen, ob jemand Sie aufholen kann (und hätte uns gern angeraten, nur eine Calesa in Burger Park, wo es eine Station gibt, aufzuholen. Sie waren außerdem hervorragend!

Großes Hotel in Bezug auf Reinigung und Personalservice. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Wäre froh, dieses luxuriöse Hotel in Vigan wieder zu buchen.
