I know this resort has gone through some hard times because a lot of the features and activities they used to offer are no longer available, and the staff has said that they are going through redesigning and relocating some activities to different areas on the property. I still enjoyed my stay. Just one thing, the bed is very uncomfortable.

The room we stayed air was not really working. Ants in the bathroom and the property is a resort for swimming for public. The room is clean but tiny ants in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and the free breakfast very basic a cup of rice, one egg and choice of meat or fish. Its by the highway easy to find. Workers are friendly.

Die Atmosphäre war gut. Allerdings ist es nicht zugänglich für die Stadt, die ziemlich weit entfernt ist und der Transport ist ziemlich eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt ist der Ort ein schöner Ort zu bleiben.

Ich hatte eine gute und komfortable Zeit im Hotel ... Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Lage ist leicht zu finden ...Vielleicht werde ich dieses Hotel wieder für meinen nxt Besuch nehmen.. 😊

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean.
We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms.
As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards).
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport.
We will surely come back!

GGastnutzerGood -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals).
Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here.
Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site.
Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all).
Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, waren wir von der eleganten Design und der warmen Atmosphäre des Hotels beeindruckt. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, und das Personal war unglaublich gut zugekommen und auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam.

Der Teller ist alt, am Wochenende sind viele Leute da, nichts
Ihr Frühstücksbuffet ist zu übersichtlich
Und im Zimmer wollen sie es nicht, selbst wenn die Vorhänge schmutzig sind
Ersetzen. Auch die Klimaanlage ist immer wieder schmutzig und schwach
viel rüstig für den Stoff, flaumig, im Zimmer, Geruch
Pang masa, Flaum tut der Nase weh.
Dies ist mein 6. Urlaub hier, ich empfehle Villen
nlng, wenn mit der Familie oder Kleinkindern.

SSarah AlhambraWir hatten eine absolut entzückende Erfahrung als Familie. Wir buchten einen Wochentagsgetag und waren glücklich genug, um das Resort fast ganz für uns selbst zu genießen. Das Resort wurde unvermeidlich gepflegt, zeigte seine saubere und friedliche Zustand. Die wachsende Strecke feinem Sand war nichts anderes als atmend, uns zu entspannen und in der Schönheit um uns zu schmecken. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und näher zu kommen, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen. Es war wirklich der perfekte Ort, um einen erstaunlichen Sonnenuntergang zu bezeugen, mit lebendigen Farben, die den Himmel malen, als der Tag gnädig zu einem Schluss kam.

GGuest UserDer Ort ist sehr sauber und zu Hause. Geplättertes Frühstück serviert Geschmack gut und hatte genug serviert. Personal ist sehr hilfreich, und arbeitet mit Integrität, vor allem, wenn ich meinen Ring im Zimmer verließ während der Auscheckung.
Kein Kühlschrank, Fernseher und Haartrockner. Aber es gibt elektrische Kessel, Schmuck, Glas, Badehandtücher und Toiletten. Sie haben auch starke WIFI-Verbindung.
Das ist kein typisches Hotel, in dem man erwarten kann, dass jemand Ihnen jederzeit helfen wird. So verwalten Sie Ihre Erwartungen besonders, wenn Sie spät von außen zurückkommen, da Sie die Türbelle für den Pflegepersonal verwenden müssen, um die Haupttür für Sie zu öffnen. Es gibt keinen Platz für uns, da der Pflegeperson aufmerksam genug ist, um zu helfen. Es gibt einen begrenzten Parkplatz im Hof, aber ich denke, es gibt Platz in der Nähe zur Vermietung.
Die einzige Verbesserung, die man beantragt, wäre die Installation dickerer Gürtel für eine bessere Privatsphäre und eine entspanntere Erfahrung, da es Licht und Lärm von außen blockieren kann.
Ich würde sicher zurück zu diesem Ort gehen. Danke!
