We were put in the room right next to the office, and we could hear the staff chatting at all hours. The noise in the corridor from other guests woke us up several times during the night (despite the ”Quiet” signage). There was a fire alarm at 6am the next morning. Everyone had to evacuate for a good 45 mins in the rain while we waited for the fire brigade...not even an offer of a free breakfast or coffee or anything afterwards.
There's no air con in the rooms, they're really small, the bathroom is tiny and there's not a lot of room to put your stuff. The à la carte restaurant is overpriced and the food was under/overcooked (how can you not know how to cook a potato?). Personally I'd not recommend this hotel when there's a Premier Inn in town..."

房間很乾凈，也很舒服，酒店早餐自助，還不錯，水果很豐盛，酒店禮賓很熱心帶我們參觀了酒店，家庭房很有好，一張大床，一張小床，小床是一個小房間，是套房設計，很適合家庭出行！

Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’.
Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel.
Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views.

Das Zimmer ist fantastisch sanitär und sauber! Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Sees, der See ist nicht weit entfernt, zum Bahnhof zu gehen.
Der Boss ist ein sehr herrlicher Herr. Es ist sehr aufmerksam, dass er, sobald er im Hotel kam, die Umgebung des Windmilchsees ausführlich erläuterte und die Tourmap gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Es ist unvergesslich! Der Boss war sehr enthusiastisch, mir bei der Abreise zu helfen, einen Taxi zu buchen. Das ist eine schöne Reise.

Amy’s TravelsIch habe Low Wood Bay schon ein paar Mal gebucht, aber dies war das erste Mal über trip.com – wir haben ein hervorragendes Angebot bekommen und der Kundenservice von trip.com und Low Wood Bay war hervorragend. Es hatte stark geschneit, sodass es aufgrund von Straßensperrungen etwas ungewiss war, ob wir kommen würden oder nicht, aber das Personal war brillant. Zum Glück konnten wir für die Nacht kommen und hatten das Spa für den nächsten Tag gebucht. Es ist eines der besten Spas, in denen ich je war. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich schön, fantastische Lage, extrem sauber und alle Mitarbeiter waren superfreundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können es für einen erholsamen Urlaub nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The hotel seems still under renovation. Flies were flying around in the room and could not sleep well at night. Towel heating rack in the toilet is partially rusty. SPA facilities has not been used, but seems not bad. Suggest to extend the closing time till 8 PM or 9PM to facilitate visitors after the sightseeing around Lake District.

Such an amazing hotel, staff were very helpful and polite. We had dinner and breakfast, the food was excellent .
The hotel has so many rooms, we absolutely enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend and will book again

去的時候剛好趕上婚禮，大堂裡外都是熱情洋溢喜氣洋洋的老外。前台有衹值班的狗，乖極了。如果帶着孩子，需要額外每衹30胖子的付費，這個，呃……如果沒有這筆費用還是不錯的。第二天的免費自助早餐不錯，咖啡點了以後，服務員送。走廊裏有自助牛奶和自助飲用水。停車免費呦，停車場挺大，基本不用擔心沒地方，因為即使頭一天婚禮來滿了人，也依舊有少許停車位。
雖然英國每天都陰沉下雨或者颳風下雪，但是我們卻在這裏看到了久違的漫天繁星。

Das Hotel ist auf der Halbinsel sehr gut, die Höhe ist gut und einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang vom See entfernt. Das Hotelgebäude ist etwas historischer, aber neu renoviert, die Einrichtungen sind gut, die kleinen Kaffeetaschen mit dem Zimmer sind gut und das Frühstück ist relativ reichhaltig.

The Grange hotel was lovely and redecorated. The breakfast was lovely and surrounding areas nice. Having the train station on your door step was brilliant as we took a trip to Lancaster. My only negative is that the bar prices are expensive £15 for a large glass of wine and the spa needed updating. The tiles were patched up, the jacuzzi was cold and foamy and smelt. Otherwise it was a good overall experience and we would go back.
