Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt, der Kundenservice war erstaunlich, das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich
Ich genossen den privaten Strand und den Pool und die Aussicht war so schön! Ich genossen auch das Frühstück, ich wünschte es gab mehr Variabilität, aber es schmeckte alles wirklich gut.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici.
Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

Lovely newly furnished, modern and very clean hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable and hospitable. The rooftop view is amazing especially during sunset and good breakfast selection too!

CClair-JWe spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist zu Beginn etwas heiß, weil die AC und der Kühlschrank umgedreht wurden, als wir ankamen, so dass sie Zeit dauerten, um richtig zu laufen.
Der Pool war aber lustig, da es ein Außenpool ist, so dass es nicht so sauber war, nur auf einem akzeptablen Niveau.
Einige Lichter waren nicht beleuchtet
Das WC ist nicht sehr sauber - es riecht.
Die Dusche hat manchmal kein heißes Wasser und manchmal schlimmeres Wasser.
Aber eine gute Sache ist, dass das WC und die Dusche getrennt sind, das ist besonders nützlich, wenn wir in einer Gruppe von 5 reisen, da wir verschiedene Bereiche gleichzeitig nutzen können.
Ansicht ist schön - Meerblick
Gute Lage, viele Strände und Restaurants um sie herum.

GGastnutzerI recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting.
The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

Ddanish zafarDas Bougainville Bay Resort bietet mit seiner atemberaubenden Lage am Strand, den luxuriösen Unterkünften und den erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Personal des Resorts ist freundlich und aufmerksam und tut immer alles, um den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten vor Ort trägt ebenfalls zur allgemeinen Attraktivität dieses Resorts bei. Ich kann das Bougainville Bay Resort für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Kurzurlaub wärmstens empfehlen.🇦🇱❤️🇦🇱

Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. That was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was good

GGuest UserGroßer Service mit großer Gastgeber und große Einrichtungen(besonders Pool und sauberes Zimmer) Obwohl wir spät angekommen waren, was 3 AM war, konnten wir uns einfach überprüfen. Wir sind zu spät aufgewacht und die Frühstückszeit war vorbei, aber der Gastgeber fragte uns, ob wir Frühstück wollen. Jeder war super nett und großzügig.
Der Außenpool war großartig zu schwimmen. Auch 15 Minuten vom Busterminal entfernt, was uns hier leicht zu bekommen machte

AAlan013Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war super hilfreich und nett. Der Pool draußen war erstaunlich und für eine lange Zeit offen, sie bieten Handtücher. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich mit vielen verschiedenen Optionen. Das einzige, was fehlte, war ein dickerer Schrank. Und die Zeit für den checkout ist ziemlich früh.
