I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting. Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests. Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, eine Woche mit unserer Familie im Green Coast MGallery Hotel zu verbringen, und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet – sehr neu, modern und stilvoll – und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das kristallklare Meer. Der Strand und das Wasser sind außergewöhnlich sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. Wer gehobenen Service, modernes Design, höchste Sauberkeit und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer ist zu Beginn etwas heiß, weil die AC und der Kühlschrank umgedreht wurden, als wir ankamen, so dass sie Zeit dauerten, um richtig zu laufen. Der Pool war aber lustig, da es ein Außenpool ist, so dass es nicht so sauber war, nur auf einem akzeptablen Niveau. Einige Lichter waren nicht beleuchtet Das WC ist nicht sehr sauber - es riecht. Die Dusche hat manchmal kein heißes Wasser und manchmal schlimmeres Wasser. Aber eine gute Sache ist, dass das WC und die Dusche getrennt sind, das ist besonders nützlich, wenn wir in einer Gruppe von 5 reisen, da wir verschiedene Bereiche gleichzeitig nutzen können. Ansicht ist schön - Meerblick Gute Lage, viele Strände und Restaurants um sie herum.

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

Das Bougainville Bay Resort bietet mit seiner atemberaubenden Lage am Strand, den luxuriösen Unterkünften und den erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Personal des Resorts ist freundlich und aufmerksam und tut immer alles, um den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten vor Ort trägt ebenfalls zur allgemeinen Attraktivität dieses Resorts bei. The hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights. Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. That was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was good

Großer Service mit großer Gastgeber und große Einrichtungen(besonders Pool und sauberes Zimmer) Obwohl wir spät angekommen waren, was 3 AM war, konnten wir uns einfach überprüfen. Wir sind zu spät aufgewacht und die Frühstückszeit war vorbei, aber der Gastgeber fragte uns, ob wir Frühstück wollen. Jeder war super nett und großzügig. Der Außenpool war großartig zu schwimmen. Auch 15 Minuten vom Busterminal entfernt, was uns hier leicht zu bekommen machte
