從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff　were very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout. Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

The hotel is located in 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The beach is very comfortable for swimming. The hotel is really very quite, there are really no noisy places around. It is possible to have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. So it is a nice quite place for a few days for the sea and relax.

Petals ist ein schönes, gut gepflegtes Resort in der Nähe der Hauptstraße in der Nähe von Thariode und ich würde es aus mehreren Gründen sehr empfehlen. Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Das Essen war zu gut und variiert. Wir haben das Erbezimmer gewählt und es war sauber, mit allen Einrichtungen geladen und hatte große Aussichten auf den Tal. Das Resort verfügt über einen großen Pool, Spielzimmer, Spa und ein Badminton-Resort. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt und würde gerne wieder kommen.

Der Front Desk Service war responsiv wir baten um ein paar Artikel wie gefülltes Wasser und sie wurden schnell geliefert. Frühstück war anständig; die Live-Küche könnte ein bisschen langsam sein, aber insgesamt war es gut. Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, war der Aufenthalt sicher gut für Geld.

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!
