My partner and I stayed for one night bed and breakfast. On arrival we were not asked for identification, which surprised us, but wasn’t a problem for us either. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. There was a good selection of teas, coffee with kettle, and a couple of ginger biscuits. There was also a mini fridge, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The shower looked new and was excellent as used in the morning. The plug on the sink didn’t work so had to leave the tap running when shaving but again it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast consisted of continental and cooked and this was excellent also. Overall we would recommend staying here as it’s a great central location with excellent facilities.

Hotel in need of updating . Very tired, water stains on ceiling etc. Toilet paper locked in plastic boxes in bathroom practicaly impossible to get out. Shower gel attached to wall very high up . Couldnt get froth from soap felt like dishwash liquid. Breakfast cereal cheap, sausages tasted of nothing disgusting No potato scones or black pudding. Need to book in advance for dinner. We arrived at 830 pm and couldnt get anything to eat locally so no dinner for us. Bar shuts 10.30 pm everynight. Staff very pleasant but obviously fighting a loosing battle with what could be beautiful outstanding hotel but sadly disapointing.

Dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Tesco in Elkin, die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, Fuß zu High Street und so weiter sind auch sehr nahe, zu den Kirchenresten, aber Fuß zu Fuß ist immer noch möglich. 2. Das Hotel ist auf einem alten Tempel im Garten, ich bin etwas überrascht, als ich gerade in die Tür des Gartens fahren konnte. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist auch besonders groß und das Bett ist auch klassisch. Einrichtungen und Software sind sehr gut. 3. Das Frühstück ist das traditionelle englische Frühstück, im Garten ist sehr groß und sehr bequem zu parken. 4. Es ist sehr bequem, hier zu fahren, um in Bereichen wie Speise zu gehen, und ich finde es besser, in Erkin zu leben als in Dufftown.

The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us carry our bags to the room (there’s no lift, so it was highly appreciated). The room was spacious enough, with a big bathroom. Unfortunately there’s no luggage rack, just the chairs. It’s not the best if you have big or small trolleys. The breakfast was good, you can choose if you want to eat at the restaurant or in the room or if you’re in a hurry you can ask for a take away, nice options.

Superb accomodation! Very cozy with delicious breakfast. Definitely far from our expectation! Hosts are friendly and helpful! Re: check-out time - the one stated in Trip.com is not aligned with the host's expected check-out time. Suggest Trip.com to communicate with the host to ensure everyone is on the same page to avoid embarassing situation from happening again in the near future. Thanks!

Enjoyed everything about our stay at Argyle House. Rooms were comfy and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was especially friendly and welcoming. There was even complimentary local whisky in the room! It’s in a great location across the road from a free car park and with beautiful hills and scenery all around. Great place to stay!

Good restaurant and easy to check in. Almost slip and felt, floor was completely wet in the morning while going to breakfast, no wet floor sign or anything. It could have gone really bad if i slip and felt on that morning. Could not imagine!

War nur eine Nacht als Stopp auf einer Straßenreise und haben nicht das Restaurant / Frühstück verwendet. Sauber und bequem, aber in einer ziemlich uninspirierenden Lage. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

The room is large. Lovely view. The bathroom was fantastic; shower and large bathtub. They have a bar which closes at 8pm. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were amazing

너무 만족했습니다 😊 리셉션에 계시던 남자 직원분 정말 최고였어요👍🏻 영국에 와서 만난 모든 영국인들 중 가장 친절하시고 눈치가 엄청 빠르셔서 저희가 원하는 모든걸 미리 준비해주셨습니다 정말 감사해요 숙소 바로 옆에 24시간 마트가 있는 점도 편리했습니다 객실에 냉장고가 있다면 아주 좋겠지만 영국 대부분 숙소가 냉장고가 없더라구요 그건 어쩔수없는것같아요 ㅠㅠ
