Overall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room. Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It truly was the perfect spot to witness a stunning sunset, with vibrant colors painting the sky as the day gracefully came to a close.

Hatte eine schöne Überraschung von gemischten Obst und Wein. Süßigkeiten auch für die jungen. Perfekt für diese Urlaubszeit Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit weichen Hüften und Kleidern. Im Stock geblieben. Zimmer ist gut, auch für eine Familie mit CR-Vorsorge für sowohl Ober- als auch Bodenboden. Sie vergessen Platz für Gepäck und Kleidung, aber es ist noch ok für kurzen Aufenthalt. Hoch empfohlen als Platz und Ruf Crisolo sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Monarch Hotel zu bleiben, und ich muss sagen, es übersteigt meine Erwartungen auf jeden Fall! Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Ich fühlte mich sofort nach Hause, als ich ging. Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine wunderbare Überraschung - die Auswahl war beeindruckend und das Essen war lecker. Aber was wirklich machte meinen Aufenthalt stand aus, war der außergewöhnliche Service von der Mitarbeiter. Sie waren freundlich, unterkünftig und gingen oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt genießbar war. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Monarch Hotel jedem, der einen komfortablen, bequemen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht. Ich werde sicher zurück sein! Bewertung: 5/5 Sterne

Was für ein schönes Resort. Die Lage ist perfekt - aus dem Lärm der Welt abgeschottet. Mein Partner nannte den Ort Himmel auf Erden. Sehr schöner Strandfront! Es war auch in der Lage, große Fotos zu fangen! wunderbare Erfahrung überall. Wir werden definitiv zurückkehren.

Tolles Hotel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Personalservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut. Ich würde dieses luxuriöse Hotel in Vigan gerne wieder buchen.

Ich würde dieses Hotel mit 5 von 5 Punkten bewerten. Das Hotel hat die Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten und hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und tat sein Möglichstes, um sicherzustellen, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig und das Essen war köstlich. Die Lage war auch großartig, mit einfachem Zugang zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Transportmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt und ich kann dieses Hotel anderen wärmstens empfehlen.

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.
