So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because ”we're not at home,” but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Die Stadt Klagenfurt ist so sauber. Der Wörthersee ist einer der bekanntesten Seen Österreichs. In Wien und Klagenfurt trinken alle sauberes und sicheres Quellwasser von Mountain Agils. Außenumgebungen sind natürlich und wunderschön. Ab dem Frühsommer ist der See voller Menschen und Touristen, die Preise für Hotels werden sehr hoch sein. Übungen im Freien, Schwimmen im See, Wandern sind sehr gut geeignet. Also Winter in diesem Moment, dieser Hotelpreis ist ziemlich vernünftig!

Die Landschaft des Flusses ist sehr gut und kann die entfernte Berge sehen. Die ruhige Stadt. Die Wärme im Zimmer ist sehr gut und sehr komfortabel.

# Lob # für die Isolierung, der Geruch des Hotels, die Waschbecken, der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Isolierung des Korridors zufrieden; Sie können sich selbst essen, das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer ist groß. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob der Besitzer das Passwort verboten hat, bevor Sie ankommen, es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe und auch Restaurants unten. Weil man sich an der Kirche gelegentlich die Klingeln hören kann, können manche nicht daran gewöhnt sein.

Hotel was accommodating to my needs. They didn’t provide me with the accessible room on the first night but they tried their beat to provide me with a room that is more accessible the next morning. Was also given priority parking. Thank you for being accommodating to my needs.

Comfortable and clean B&B hotel. Probably one of the best in the chain. Not well located, a good 15min walk from the station and the town centre but the price makes up for it. The area surrounding is decent. The receptionist was great. Very comfortable stay!

Nel complesso buon albergo con servizi ristorante parcheggio garage. Prezzo molto più alto della norma (esagerato) forse dovuto al concomitante raduno motociclistico Harvey Davidson?

Very comfortable studio apartment. Check in and check out online only. Nice place to stay. Got stove and can cook.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Frühstück gut. Die Bar auf dem Dach hat nur bis 22.00Uhr geöffnet und es ist nicht ganz klar, ob es am Hotel liegt oder an den Gesetzen. Finde es schade, dass das Personal so viel vom Frust der Gäste abbekommt, obwohl sie nichts dafür können! Daher wäre ein Hinweis, von Seiten der GL für die Gäste sicher hilfreich.
