What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. Ich habe einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel verbracht. Als ich ankam, habe ich kostenlos einen Upgrade in ein oberstes Zimmer erhalten: groß, sauber und mit einem sehr komfortabelen Bett. Das Frühstück war ein weiterer reichhaltiger und vielfältiger Stärkepunkt, sowohl im Süß- als auch im Salz, mit dem unvergesslichen Leczes-Präzis, der den Morgen noch besonderer machte. Das Personal hat sich immer als freundlich, vorsichtig und bereit erwiesen, alle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch! Das Personal ist so wunderschön, sorgfältig und kompetent. Wir hatten eine Frage, die versuchte, die eine und nur die Fähre Bari nach Dubrovnik zu buchen, die sich als unmögliche Schläge aufgrund der Nachfrage erwiesen, aber die Zeit und Energie, die das Empfangspersonal in die Problemlösung investiert hatte, war erstaunlich. Rosanna ging sogar so weit, um alle ihre Reisebüros Freunde zu rufen ... sie versichert, dass wir unser Zimmer für zwei Nächte behalten können. Ihr männliches Kollege war genauso investiert, um uns mit mehreren Optionen zu bieten.   Das Hotel ist stilvoll, unverschämt und klug gestaltet. Sehr einfache private Parkplätze für nur 10 € pro Tag. Der Fitnessraum erfüllte alle meine Bedürfnisse, während der Pool ein weiteres massives Plus in dieser großen, zurückgelegten Nachbarstadt von Bari ist. Das Hotel ist ein 10 € Fahrpreis von der Altstadt. Kostenlose alkoholfreie Getränke in unserer Zimmer’s Minibar und im Haus, kostenlose Kaffee in Italien!!! Nie gehört!! Das im Zimmerpreis inbegriffene Frühstück ist ein großes, vielfältiges Buffet, das viele gesunde Optionen bietet.

Der Pool war ok, aber die Vögel flogen immer wieder hinein und tranken daraus, also bin ich rausgegangen, um der Vogelgrippe zu entgehen, die meinen Urlaub ruiniert hätte. Sie müssen die Vögel wirklich vom Pool fernhalten. Sie haben auch keinen Dampfglätter oder Bügeleisen, also müssen Sie Ihre zerknitterten Klamotten vielleicht tragen oder bezahlen und sie bringen sie Ihnen am nächsten Tag gebügelt zurück. Die Toiletten hatten einen niedrigen Wasserdruck, also brauchte man manchmal 3-5 Spülungen, um das ganze Toilettenpapier und den ganzen Kot loszuwerden. Die Lage ist etwa 1 km vom Stadtzentrum und etwas weiter vom Bahnhof Leece entfernt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und bot die üblichen Sachen wie Schinken, Käse, Pfannkuchenmaschine und Eis und Gelato für 15 Euro. Das ist wahrscheinlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da eine Pasta in der Nähe und im Stadtzentrum einschließlich Steuern etwa 10-13 Euro kostet. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich wieder hier übernachten würde.

Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

Die Lage ist direkt am Wasserkant, mit den perfekten Tagesbetten, um den Ozean vorne zu genießen. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig in Größe, obwohl wir laufende Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten und es kann eine Aussie-Sache sein - aber keine Eisen und nur die Möglichkeit, 24 Stunden für “Wasch” zu warten, wenn Sie etwas gedrängt brauchen, wie es als “Gesundheitsproblem” zu haben ein im Zimmer. (Nicht ideal, wenn Sie aus einer Tasche leben.) Das Hotel ist stolz auf das „grüne“ sein, aber es fühlte sich einfach so, als wäre es eine Entschuldigung, die Ecken auf dem zu schneiden, was sie anbieten. Die Fahrräder auf dem Angebot - sie waren mehr wie von einem Trift Shop geholt - aber arbeiteten für einen Morgen, um etwas weiter um die Ecke zu reisen. Seien Sie sicher, die verrückten Sonnenuntergang zu genießen!

My stay at Masseria Tenuta Mosè was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into an antique shop—in the best possible way. The entire place is filled with authentic charm, with every corner decorated in a way that tells a story. The rooms are unique and full of character, making the experience feel genuine and special. Breakfast was a real highlight—served à la carte, with delicious local options that made each morning a treat. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful gardens create a magical atmosphere that invites you to relax and soak in the history of the place. If you’re looking for an authentic and atmospheric stay, Masseria Tenuta Mosè is the perfect choice.

Très bel hôtel situé face a la mer. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner, le meilleur de mon séjour dans les Pouilles. Hôtel bien placé proche des restaurants et d’une grande rue commerçante, à dix minutes à pied de la gare.

Definitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!
