Das Hotel in sich ist in Ordnung. Aussicht und Lage Top. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war katastrophal inkl. der sehr unfreundlichen Angestellten. Zuerst wollte sie uns weis machen, dass es bei Ihnen keinen Rotwein gäbe, aber sie war einfach zu faul sich zu bewegen. Das Handy war ihr wichtiger. Das Essen danach war eher take away mässig. Weil wir eher fast die einzigen Gäste waren, gaben sie sich überhaupt keine Mühe. Wir waren eher störend.

Ein ganz wunderbares 3 Sterne Hotel das auf jeden Fall den Anforderungen entspricht. Könnte auch locker 1 Stern mehr vertragen. Wir hatten tolles Zimmer an der Seite mit Blick aufs mehr und den Leuchtturm von Santa Maria di Leuca. Frühstück und Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension ausgewogen und landestypisch. Gepflegte Anlage inklusive Pool, Zimmer ordentlich und nettes Personal. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen, klare Empfehlung.

Leuca is the southernmost town on mainland Italy and a popular tourist destination in the summer - we spent a night there in mid March and we practically had the huge hotel to ourselves. A nice enough hotel, pretty costly and with a fine breakfast thrown in. The top floor room that we got was clean and nice and had a fair sized balcony with a magnificent view over the bay. The rest of the town was locked down, the weather, however was great.

Arriving after a 7 hour bike trip in 30 degrees C it was nice to arrive at the hotel which has a excellent location overlooking the harbour. We got a front-room with good balcony overlooking the harbour. Unfortunately the AC was not turned on. Excuse given was it was not hot enough.. yeah right. We have had 28 deg++ for 5 days in a row. Sleep was poor due to too hot room. The hotel should be frank and give the real reason for no AC. Too early in season so it is not echonomically viable to keep it on for 1/2 full hotel.

Great location with a nice private beach. You don't even have ro cross the street to reach the beach, because there's a tunnel underneath. Verry friendly staff and everything is super clean. There is also a deep pool and a small spa. My favourite hotel so far.

This should really be 4.5! We’ve just spent an amazing week here as part of a 3 week whirlwind tour around Italy. The hotel, location and facilities are fantastic, with helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with everything you need (no tea making facilities but we knew this and took a kettle!). Pool area is kept immaculate and there is a private beach with sun loungers. Towels are available at reception. We travelled by train to Gagliano from Bologna which was very easy, although you need to arrange for the hotel driver to collect you from Gagliano. My only very minor criticism would be the staff setting up for breakfast need a little extra training as they crumple up the paper napkins and then try to smooth the creases out when they lay the table… evening meals have linen napkins and the food is very good, although the menu doesn’t offer a wide variety of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if travelling in the area.

Large, nicely located hotel with big rooms & bathrooms. Nice breakfast terrace. Disappointed upon arrival that the room was made as a twin room & not a double as I paid for. Shower tray seal was black with mould. Aircon was switched off in October!! Staff were not engaging or overly friendly. No advice given about the pool or beach. Expensive for 3 nights through ***********.

Staff not helpful or interested in how our stay was. Food dreadful coffee awful. Room made of cardboard noise comfort and cleanliness all poor. Stay away!!!

The welcome from staff was Luke warm. There was no secure place to leave baggage. No hotel information in the room such as cost of mini bar wifi code etc. As expected, we were in an annexe which appeared to have no sound proofing. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the bedroom which was already cramped. Shower cubicle was disgusting, cracked and peeling with fungus. Food was so bad that even though we paid for dinner, we ate out. Italian coffee is normally the best but no at this hotel. Not drinkable. The beach leads into cloudy water where the area is renowned for clear water. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
