Das Hotel am Eingang der Altstadt hat eine hervorragende Lage und man kann den malerischen Ort zu Fuß erreichen. Beim Betreten des Zimmers hört man sofort den Schrei „Wow“! Die Altstadt von Quebec, das Parlamentsgebäude, die Straßen der Stadt, der Fluss in der Ferne und der weiße Rauch, der von den Dächern aufsteigt, liegen alle direkt vor dem Fenster und bieten freie Sicht! Was ist das für eine magische Landschaft, die ich so gesehen habe? ! Kam das Glück so plötzlich? ! Verpassen Sie nicht den beheizten Außenpool auf dem Dach des Hotels. Besonders im Winter, wenn die Temperatur minus 22 Grad Celsius beträgt, fühlt es sich ein bisschen wie eine heiße Quelle in den Bergen an.

The 3 nights stay was pleasant. Location is good. Near to my place of business and shopping area with many food options. The room is basic and functional, kind of dated. Could do with some carpentry like replacing creaky doors. I wish there are more hooks or rail around the room for hanging wet coats since it is winter now. I suggest change the cloth cupboard to open concept for better ventilation. The toilet could do with a towel rail too.

Großes Hotel mit super erschwinglichen Preisen. Sie bieten kostenloses Frühstück, willkommene Getränke und Äpfel! Was eine Überraschung! Das Zimmer ist groß, mit komfortablem Bett, Desk, Sofa.... alles, was Sie brauchen. Mit kostenlosem Parkplatz auch. Besser als das 4-star Hilton Hotel in der Nähe lol

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, sehr klassisch, europäisches Hotel, anständiges Frühstück und ein kleines Fitnesscenter, das Ihre ganze Körperausbildung abgeschlossen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und klassisch. Sehr freundliches Personal und ich würde sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn ich nächstes Mal in Montreal bin ...

- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river - The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us. - nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

Snug Zimmer, die die heiße Dusche und heiße Luft alle in schweren Winter in Montreal arbeiten. Perfekte Lage mit 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom U-Bahnhof. Auch das Hotel bietet viele Parkplätze, die für Fahrgäste geeignet sind. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und verantwortlich!

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Samsun Montréal. The place is clean, well-located, and comfortable. However, a major downside was that the bedding wasn’t made up beforehand. This was quite surprising since many other hostels in Montreal, even cheaper ones, provide this as a standard service. It’s especially inconvenient when you’re on an upper bunk as it creates noise and disturbs others. It would definitely be much more comfortable if beds were prepared in advance.
