The staffs there are soooo friendly, and they would organise daily tour to Quebec old town!! And the breakfast there is not bad, like u have fruit, egg, bread, milk, cereal, and juices!! It’s absolutely worth its price!! And they also provide towel for tourists to use, which is really good. Everything is really good except the temperature in the room are too low, and it’s so cold inside the room and u barely connected to WiFi when u re in the room 🥲 and it would be better if there is a curtain in different beds, it would give more privacy 🥲

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Leute, die Montreal und Quebec reisen. Die Lage ist nicht so schlecht. Es ist einfach, eine Bahnstation zu erreichen. Alles ist sauber und privates Garten für das Bett. Auch das Personal ist so schön!

Das Hotel am Eingang der Altstadt hat eine hervorragende Lage und man kann den malerischen Ort zu Fuß erreichen. Beim Betreten des Zimmers hört man sofort den Schrei „Wow“! Die Altstadt von Quebec, das Parlamentsgebäude, die Straßen der Stadt, der Fluss in der Ferne und der weiße Rauch, der von den Dächern aufsteigt, liegen alle direkt vor dem Fenster und bieten freie Sicht! Was ist das für eine magische Landschaft, die ich so gesehen habe? ! Kam das Glück so plötzlich? ! Verpassen Sie nicht den beheizten Außenpool auf dem Dach des Hotels. Besonders im Winter, wenn die Temperatur minus 22 Grad Celsius beträgt, fühlt es sich ein bisschen wie eine heiße Quelle in den Bergen an.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, das direkt auf dem Hauptzug in Gatineau liegt. Das Zimmer war eine gute Größe, obwohl das kleine Badezimmer viel zu wünschen übrig blieb; es war alt, datiert, und so klein, dass der Tauch im Hauptzimmer war. Das Bett war jedoch sehr komfortabel und der Desktop-/TV-Einrichtung war großartig. Viele bequeme Rezepte für das Anschließen von Telefonen und ähnliche. Das Kühlschrank im Schrank machte, dass Schrank sehr heiß und ich würde mir vorstellen, dass die Kühlschranken nicht lange dauern, wie Verbrennung muss eine Sache sein ... Seltsam, konvolutte Richtungen, um aus unserem Zimmer in die Heißröhre zu kommen; stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie eine Spur von Brotkrumben verlassen oder Sie könnten für immer verloren werden. Das Personal des Front Desk war professionell und komplett bilingu, was sehr geschätzt wurde.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times it’s a bit outdated needs a face lift. The parking is horrible you better have a small car because those spots are very tight and your car will definitely get dinged. Valet parking is great but it’s not 24h. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfy, pool Was good and the hot tub (piss pool) was piss yellow and full of kids that shouldn’t be there.

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

訂酒店的時候訂單顯示住一晚之後要換房間。第二天舊的密碼不能使用了，可以把行李放在前台，打掃衞生的老奶奶負責看管。每一層都有小冰箱，一次性餐具，買了食物飲料可以方便儲存。

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus complet. En plus, à la deuxième journée, les jus n'étaient plus disponibles, donc aucun jus pour les jeunes, il n'y avait plus de fromage. Considérant le prix payé. le déjeuner est très frugal. Il pourrait y avoir plus de choses non sucrés (cretons, plus de sorte de fromage). L'air climatisée est bruyante, mais ceci semble être partout pareille.

Das Zimmer fühlt sich sehr sauber, gut, es gibt grundlegende Ausrüstung, der Aufenthalt ist OK, das nächste Mal wird es überlegen, weiter zu bleiben! Das Bett ist etwas weich, nicht besonders in meinen Gewohnheiten
