Sie hatten auch einen Grill, wenn Sie kochen wollten, aber wir hatten die Pläne, zum Pour House zu gehen, das war buchstäblich neben der Tür. Das ist ein Plus für mich, da es keine Bar auf der Website gab. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben, wenn in der Gegend.

Das Hotel Außen war sehr schöne Lobby-Bereich wie abgebildet. Zimmer war nicht, was ich dachte, es wäre, seien Sie vorsichtig Bilder nicht passen, was Sie buchen. Bezahlt für Frühstück, aber als wir dort waren, wurde es gesagt, es ist ein gebagagiges Frühstück, sehr enttäuscht. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war es kalt, nicht kalt, aber kalt. Wir wandten die Wärme hoch und das Zimmer war noch kalt 60 Minuten später, als wir zum Abendessen verließen. Wenn Sie nach einer Nacht suchen, um Ihren Kopf zu legen, würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

I stayed at Hotel Warner with my teenage son. We were in town for the 2023 Penn Fusion Soccer tournament. Hotel Warner is nestled in the heart of adorable downtown West Chester. The grand staircase in the lobby and black-and-white oversized mural immediately remind you, you’re indeed staying in a theater turned boutique hotel - and if that’s not enough, warm butter lingers in the air thanks to the FREE popcorn in the lobby. The individual packed bags of the salty treat are a must-munch on a cold afternoon, at least my son thought so, after playing soccer in 27 degree weather. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant discount program is a bonus but the real perk is having staff at the front desk who were able to recommend a nice meal, that was only a block and change away. Also, my son has Celiac Disease and the 2 restaurants we visited, Barnaby’s and Sedona both offered SAFE GLUTEN FREE FOOD. Again, the location is everything. Once we parked in the garage across the street (yes Hotel Warner validated parking there) we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Food, culture, even a Rite-Aid is all within reach - not to mention the soccer fields were under 15 minutes away - one was just a 4 minute drive - score. And because it was a tournament weekend, my son took advantage of the hotel’s small gym and pool to workout and recover. The room was spotless and featured pillows that felt like clouds. The breakfast buffet, included with the stay - served hot coffee and even had almond milk on hand! Eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal was the perfect start to my son’s game day (he loved the chocolate milk!) The hotel bar plays black and white movies and serves up tasty cocktails soccer moms will love. Snacks, water/soda and beer is available for purchase in the lobby too. Twizzlers anyone? This was hands down my favorite soccer trip thanks to Hotel Warner and we’ll be back. Also it’s a stone’s throw from Philly! So I highly recommend it to anyone in the city of brotherly love who needs a taste of the quaint and cozy ‘burbs.

Good option in beautiful Brandywine Valley. Longwood Gardens is a short drive as are the DuPont mansions in Delaware and Brandywine Museum of Art. We have stayed in bed and breakfasts in this area, but we’re accompanied this time by our adult daughter (so B&B not an option). Arrived late, and waited 5 minutes or so for the front door to be unlocked (understandable). Front desk wasn’t friendly but was efficient. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, standard fare for these type hotels. Convenient location. Lots of restaurant choices (Chadds Ford Tavern is the best). Only issue was a stopped up sink. We alerted the morning front desk lady, who wrote it down and said they would take a look that day. That evening, no fix and so mentioned to the evening desk gentlemen, who “looked” and said there was no such note, but would look into it the next day. I could go on, but bottom line, the sink was never fixed. A process breakdown. Not the worst thing that could happen on a trip. Had a small issue with billing after the trip, and the gentlemen on the phone for Home2 Suites was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would probably try again.

Februar um 10 Uhr angemeldet hat, war wunderbar. Ich wünschte, ich könnte ihren Namen erinnern, um ihr einen richtigen Schrei zu geben. Der Teilnehmer am nächsten Morgen (2/22 um 8 Uhr) war auch großartig. Carmen in der Küche/Frühstückszone war ein weiteres fantastisches Personalmitglied. Dass ich ein großes Personal habe, macht einen Unterschied in einem Kundenaufenthalt, und diese Leute haben mich wirklich (und wahrscheinlich alle, die sie getroffen haben) wie ein geschätzter Kunde gefühlt. Die Hauptfrage, die ich mit meinem Aufenthalt hatte, ist das Design des Parkplatzes und wie Autos direkt auf die Fenster der Zimmer ziehen. Ich war im ersten Stock, Zimmer 115, und es war ein Auto direkt außerhalb meines Fensters, genau wie die Parkausstattung vieler anderer Hotels/Motels. So natürlich war die Beep-Beep des Autoverriegelungs, etwas, was ich ein bisschen hörte. Selbst spät in der Nacht, als ich versuchte zu schlafen. Leider waren es Kunden, die direkt außerhalb meines Fensters in den wütenden Morgenstunden sprechen, auch störten mein Schlaf. Um die Dinge schlimmer zu machen, war dieses spezielle Auto außerhalb meines Fensters, das aufladen ihre Auto um 6:42 Uhr, nachdem ich mehrmals schlafen unterbrochen hatte. Und die Frau in dieser Gruppe außerhalb war ziemlich ein lauter Schlagmann. Ich weiß, dass die schlechten Kunden nicht die Schuld des Hotels sind, aber ich habe hier nicht viel Schlaf bekommen. Vielleicht würde ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock weniger Störungen aus dem Parkplatz haben? Wenn das Hotel die Lage des Parkplatzes so ändert, dass die Autos weiter von den Zimmern entfernt parken, würde es wahrscheinlich einen großen Unterschied machen. Das Frühstück war mittelschwer. Free, so dass das wirklich schön war, und wie ich sagte, Carmen wollte sicherstellen, dass jeder ein schönes Frühstück hatte. Große Lage, perfekt für einen Halt auf dem Weg nach NY, und eine Gasstation gerade auf der Turbine für eine Füllung.

Schöne Lage in der Nähe des Turnpike. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Komfortable Zimmer und schöne Lobbybereich. Viele Alternativen zum Essen, die in der Nähe des Hotels sind. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist Frühstück war etwas überpreist.
